Have you ever thought that your failures are too great to overcome? Instead of letting our regrets take over our lives, God invites us to surrender it all and start anew with Him. It says in 2 Peter 3:9, “The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.”

What a beautiful Sunday it was! Thank you to everyone who braved the rain and joined us for worship. Your presence was a wonderful reminder that even when circumstances are not ideal, God continues to meet us right where we are.

As we continued our series “Ordinary People, Extraordinary God,” we were reminded of this beautiful truth: our failures do not disqualify us from God's purpose. Instead, through our weaknesses and inevitable shortcomings, God displays His extraordinary grace—working in and through ordinary people to accomplish His extraordinary purposes.

Our hearts go out to all the those heavily affected by Typhoon Dolphin.

Let’s come together in prayer for our nation: for the protection of those impacted by the flooding, for the safety of the rescue personnel working on the ground, and for the clarity and discernment of those leading the rescue operations. Even amidst the heavy storms, may we continue to find comfort and strength in the Lord as our refuge.
