With grateful hearts, we came together for a meaningful Communion Sunday, lifting our voices in worship and reflecting on the Message of Life, โ๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐ ๐ข๐ ๐ ๐๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ชโ (Matthew 9:9โ13), faithfully preached by Pastor Mark Seijo.
We were reminded that Godโs calling is not based on our worthiness but on His amazing grace. Just as Jesus called Matthew while he was still a tax collector and sinner, God calls us not because we are already righteous, but because He desires to transform us through His mercy and love.
The message also challenged us to examine our hearts. Like the Pharisees, it is possible to know Godโs Word yet lack grace, compassion, and mercy. True godliness is not merely outward religion but a heart that genuinely loves and knows the Lord.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our liturgist, Bro. Troy Abitona, our committed Praise and Worship Team, the FBCC Choir, and every member who joined us in worship. Your faithful service helped make this gathering a meaningful celebration of Godโs goodness and grace.
We look forward to worshiping with you again next Sunday! Come and experience the joy of Godโs presence, the encouragement of His Word, and the fellowship of His people as we gather as one family in Christ. See you at FBCC! ๐งก
