But they don't know what we are going through kapag mag-isa nalang tayo.

Look at the story of Elijah on mount carmel (1 Kings 18)
Sometimes I feel like Elijah,

💔Feeling like Elijah in this season: exhausted, overwhelmed, and wishing for an end.
But the story isn't just the despair; it's the angel's food, the quiet strength, and the reminder that God provides exactly what's needed to keep going.
💔Strong in public, exhausted in private. Pouring out for others until there's nothing left for myself, until even prayer feels heavy and rest feels undeserved..
But the same God who let Elijah rest, lets me rest too. He restores my strength before sending me back out.

And yet sometimes, we are representing a God of love, and we don't love our ministry anymore. So sad!
And when Elijah went to juniper tree (1 Kings 19:4-5)
💔 Pakiramdam ni Elijahn na siya nalang mag-isang propeta. .
ngunit alam nyo sa totoo lang, hindi naman yun totoo, madalas nadadala ng sobrang kapaguran at pagkaubos sa buhay.

Just like us, madalas din nating sinasabi yun, "Ako nalang naman kasi mag-isa, walang may pakialam sa akin"
You're not alone, you're just exhausted, tired and feel no one cares and support.

✨ And even sa ating mga leaders, sobrang nahihirapan tayong umamin na pagod na tayo sa ginagawa natin. Nahihirapan na tayong ipakita sa mga taong nasa paligid nating drained na tayo, na sobrang pagod na tayo. Why? 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂!

𝟔 𝐇𝐈𝐃𝐃𝐄𝐍 𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂 𝐃𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐒 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐓𝐎𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐒 𝐁𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐓

Burnout isn’t just a result of “𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱.” Many times, it’s a spiritual attack. The enemy has hidden devices he uses to slowly drain us, busyness, guilt, false urgency, isolation, performance, and comparison. Each one is designed to keep us running on empty until we collapse.

But God never designed us to live this way. His Word says, “𝙈𝙮 𝙮𝙤𝙠𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙮 𝙗𝙪𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩” (𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙬 11:30). The kingdom way is not burnout, it’s overflow. The devil’s goal is to make us mistake pressure for purpose, activity for assignment, and striving for stewardship.

The 6 Hidden Devices: ⚠️

1️⃣ 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗴𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 -
The enemy loves to keep us busy so we never become effective.

2️⃣𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 -
If guilt is our engine, burnout will be our destination.

3️⃣𝗙𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 -
Not every "now" is God's "now". The enemy loves to pressure us into pace outside of Grace.

4️⃣𝗜𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 -
Cut off from wise counsel and community, we will work harder but grow weaker.

5️⃣ 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 -
When we value what we do for God over being with God, we've already lost our rest.

6️⃣𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 -
The enemy whispers, "You're behind." God whispers, "You're mine."

Here’s how to resist these devices and build a life aligned with God’s rest:

📌 1. Recognize the trap.
Pay attention to when our work feels driven by guilt, fear, or comparison. That’s not God.

📌 2. Return to His presence.
Before we pour out, sit with Him. Presence > performance.

📌 3. Reset your pace.
Busyness doesn’t equal fruitfulness. Align our pace with His grace.

📌 4. Reconnect with people.
Don’t fight burnout alone. Wise counsel and godly community keep us grounded.

Insecurity is a feeling, insecure is a state. One can pass, and the other will poison our purpose.

Before we can secure anything externally, we must be secured internally in Christ. We can't secure blessings if we are still begging for validation. Nothing is safe in the hands of an insecure person, not opportunities, not relationships, not destiny..

▫️ Insecurity keeps us auditioning for rooms God already assigned us to. Whatever insecurity can't control, it kills, ides, intimacy and identity.
▫️ Insecurity convinces us to settle for what's available instead of what's appointed. We can't secure the future if our insecurity keeps sabotaging the present.
▫️ Insecurity makes us chase validation instead of cultivating value.
▫️ Insecurity makes us misinterpret support as threat, and help as harm.

We can't secure a seat at the table if our insecurity keeps pulling us back to the hallway.

✅ 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙨 𝙪𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨. 𝙒𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣'𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙖 𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙚'𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚 𝙬𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚.

We can't secure what God has for us until we're secure in who God made us.

Most people aren’t losing because they lack opportunity, they’re losing because they lack security.

Insecurity doesn’t just hurt our confidence, it handicaps our capacity. ⚠️

And there are five things we cannot secure if we are insecure:

📌 Identity — insecurity makes us forget who God says we are.
📌 Assignments — insecurity convinces us that we’re unqualified.
📌 Opportunities — insecurity makes us sabotage what we prayed for.
📌 Relationships — insecurity interprets love as a threat.
📌 Success — insecurity turns blessings into burdens.

We can’t secure externally what we haven’t secured internally.
This is why Scripture says our identity must be found IN CHRIST, not in performance, applause, or comparison.

✨ Insecurity doesn’t mean you’re weak, it means God is inviting us into deeper sonship and stability.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐘𝐎𝐔'𝐑𝐄 𝐆𝐎𝐍𝐄?

Everyone leaves. Few leave well.
Legacy isn't what you accumulate. It's what continues after you're absent. Will people inherit faith, peace and reverence for God, or pressure, religion and confusion?

✨ Will your thinking set others free, or leave them carrying fear, limitation and stress?
✨ Will people remember safety in your presence or tension they had to manage?
✨ Will your life teach stewardship of the body, or normalize neglect in the name of success?
✨ Will relationships feel strengthened because of you, or need healing after you're gone?
✨ Will your work outlive you with integrity, or collapse because it was built on strain?

Money can be inherited. Alignment must be modeled. What remains after you leave reveals what you truly built.

𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙚𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙.

Scripture tells us, “A wise person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children” (Proverbs 13:22).

▫️ Notice what God calls wisdom.
▫️ Not accumulation.
▫️ Inheritance.

And inheritance is never just money.

We don’t only pass down what we own, we pass down what we live with.

📌 Our faith.
📌 Our thinking.
📌 Our emotional patterns.
📌 Our health.
📌 Our relationships.
📌 Our work ethic.

Whether we intend to or not, we are building something that others will one day carry.

𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.
𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆.

What do people inherit when they experience our presence?
▫️ Peace or pressure?
▫️ Clarity or confusion?
▫️ Safety or strain?

What patterns are being normalized because we modeled them long enough?

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲.

They secure finances but pass down fatigue.
They build businesses but leave wounds.
They provide opportunity but fail to provide alignment.

God’s design has always been holistic.
He cares about the heart, the mind, the body, the home, and the work.
When one area fractures, the inheritance weakens.

𝙇𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙘𝙮 𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙨 𝙝𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
What will our absence require others to heal from, or thank God for?
What will remain when we’re gone?
What is being formed right now that will outlive us?

Wisdom doesn’t wait until the end to ask these questions.
Wisdom builds generationally, and intentionally in the present.

𝙇𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙘𝙮 𝙞𝙨𝙣’𝙩 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧.
𝙄𝙩’𝙨 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙣𝙤𝙬.

Take a moment and sit with this:

🎗 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱?

Legacy doesn't start at the end, it's shaped by alignment now.

𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅. 𝐆𝐎𝐃 𝐀𝐋𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐘 𝐃𝐈𝐃.

Perfectionism is one of the biggest reason people never forgive themselves.

We didn't know then what we know now. Growth doesn't require self-punishment. God is not angry with us, Conviction restores, shame only imprisons.

𝗜𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝘀, 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲??

▫️ Renew our mind or we will keep reliving what God already redeemed.
▫️ Learn from it, so we can earn wisdom from it, not burn in regret because of it.
▫️ Grace teaches, but Shame drains..

Forgiving ourselves doesn't excuse the past, it position us for the future. 𝙒𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣'𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙, 𝙬𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙣.. 💯

✨ Highlight: (Note: not just only for leaders, but also for leading ourselves as well)

📌Leaders who don't forgive themselves lead from pressure not peace.
📌Unforgiven failure quietly becomes overworking, overexplaining and overcontrolling.

▫️ For many people, what looks like discipline…
▫️ what feels like ambition…
▫️what shows up as perfectionism and overwork, is actually unforgiveness toward yourself.

The enemy is the accuser of the brethren.
He doesn’t just remind us of what we did, he targets the place where we don’t fully understand God’s love or the finished work of the gospel.

So he whispers:
• why we failed
• how we failed
• who we disappointed

And for many of us and believers that accusation turns into striving, working harder to cleanse a record God already declared clean.

✨ But God remembers our sins no more.
As far as the east is from the west, He has removed them. In short, no amount of sin is remembered by God, when He forgive, He forget also.

𝐒𝐨 𝐢𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐭, 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭?

We don’t heal by punishing ourselves. 💯
We heal by agreeing with God. 💯

Freedom begins where self-punishment ends.
