Lessons from 2025

1. You can't change the past; you can only let go and move forward to the future.
2. You can't force anyone to change; they have to be the ones to do it.
3. You cannot rush progress, for God's timeline is different from yours.
4. Titles are temporary; don't hold on to them too much. God placed you where you are not to rule over others, but to help them get closer to God.
5. Your life is the best gospel there is. The Word of God is useless when you don't live it.
6. Don't be too caught up with programs and procedures. The best worship is sincere and touches the heart of God.
7. When you lead worship, don't just sing the song; give it meaning to yourself and let the Holy Spirit work through you.
8. Give thanks in every circumstance, no matter what, never stop being grateful.
9. Humility always wins.
10. Not all people respond to open reprimand; sometimes, they respond more to respect.

Start 2026 with a new heart, habit, and attitude!

Thank you, Lord for 10 years of your faithfulness to us! 1st year anniversary as officially serving as Associate Pastor.

Ephesians 2:8-9 New Living Translation
8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 9 Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.

Religion cannot save you; a relationship with Christ will. Repentance and believing that Jesus Christ died on the cross, was raised on the 3rd day, ascended to Heaven, and will come again soon.

Proverbs 25:6 - 8 Don’t demand an audience with the king or push for a place among the great. 7 It’s better to wait for an invitation to the head table than to be sent away in public disgrace. Just because you’ve seen something, 8 don’t be in a hurry to go to court. For what will you do in the end if your neighbor deals you a shameful defeat?

We often fall into rash judgments about what we have heard or seen without considering others. We often accept other people's opinions without taking the side of the oppressed. Let us learn to be compassionate, understanding and not be rash going into judgment, for in the end, we will be shamed because we don't know that entirety of the story or situation.

Let us give glory to God, who created the heavens and the earth, for keeping us safe. For it is the Lord God Almighty who protects us from harm.

Psam 46:10"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
Isaiah 12:2: "Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation".
Psalm 27:1: "The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?".

It is the Creator and not His creation who can save you, no one else, and nothing else.

In this time of crisis, trust the ONLY TRUE and LIVING GOD to save us. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
