Some of us grew up believing that if we prayed harder, read our Bible more, or had enough faith,
we wouldn't struggle with fear, anxiety, or emotional pain.

But many faithful people in Scripture wrestled with fear, grief, sorrow, and deep emotional distress. God didn't abandon them. He met them there.

Faith isn't pretending everything is okay.
Faith is bringing our whole selves to the One who meets us in our weakness.
