A Letter From My Heart to Yours
“You are not alone in this.”
Hi, dear friend.
Before anything else, can I just say—thank you. Thank you for picking up this little book. That alone takes courage. I don’t know exactly what you’re walking through right now, but I want you to know: you are seen, you are valued, and you are deeply loved.
Maybe you’ve been carrying silent battles. The kind where the smile on your face hides the storm in your heart. The kind where the world keeps moving, but inside, you feel like you’re stuck in a fog that just won’t lift. If you’ve cried quietly in the bathroom, held your breath in the dark, or wondered if anyone would really miss you if you disappeared... my heart aches with you. And my arms, though distant, are hugging you through these words.
This little book isn’t meant to fix everything. I won’t pretend I have all the answers. But I do want to sit beside you for a while—like a quiet friend on a park bench. I want to walk with you, gently, slowly, through the questions, the heaviness, the fear. And most of all, I want to help you hear the loving whispers of the God who has never left your side. Not for one moment.
You are not broken beyond repair. You are not a burden. You are not less of a Christian because you are struggling. And you don’t have to pretend anymore.
You are still here—and that is something worth celebrating. Maybe nobody has told you this in a while, but:
Your life matters. Your story matters. And the world is better because you’re in it.
So, come as you are. No masks. No pretending. Let’s take this journey one page at a time.
With all my love and prayers,
Your friend who cares
