Are you struggling to grow your church?
Do you wonder why doing ministry today feels so much harder than it used to?
Do you sense you’ve lost touch with what the church really needs now — and can’t figure out why?

Most of us were trained to preach — but almost none of us were taught how to lead: how to raise leaders, build a healthy culture, plant churches, handle money with integrity, or keep from burning out.

That’s why I wrote Pastoral Ministry in the 21st Century.

This isn’t theory from a lecture hall. It’s 37 years of shepherding — the wins, the costs, and the hard-won lessons — written for the pastor and leader who wants the same thing I do: a healthy church that grows.

Inside, you’ll find honest, practical help on:
📖 Producing leaders — not just volunteers
📖 Cultures and systems that actually grow a church
📖 Church planting and organizing for growth
📖 Money and rest — the two things pastors avoid
📖 Leaving a legacy that outlasts you

Whether you’re just starting out, sensing the call, or decades into ministry — this book will meet you where you are and move you forward.

“Not the product of theory alone, but the fruit of years of faithful shepherding.”
