The Bible tells us that there are only two true Faiths established by God: Judaism and Christianity/Catholicism.

1.Judaism was established by God through the tribe of Judah. The Old Testament is the history of God’s original chosen people through Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses and the Prophets.

2.Christianity/Catholicism was established by God through Jesus Christ, as mentioned in Matthew 16:16-19.

Judaism was replaced by Christianity/Catholicism because salvation is for all people, not just the Jews. Jesus is the fulfillment of the Law and prophesies. He is the Messiah!

Notice that God does not give a name to the churches he established. He only defines who he gives the right or authority to.

Therefore, any other sect that claims to be the one established by Jesus Christ is false.

Why is this important?

It is important to know the truth about the churches established by God because it has implications for our salvation. If we belong to a church that is not established by God, then we put our salvation at risk.

How can I know if the church I belong to is established by God?

There are a few things you can look for:

1. Is my church 2,000 years old and was it started by Jesus Christ on the Apostles?

2.Does the church have Apostolic succession and have a valid Priesthood?

3.Does the church have all Seven Sacraments?

4. Does the church have a history of orthodoxy and fidelity to the one, holy, Catholic and Apostolic faith?

5. Does the church have full communion with the Bishop of Rome, successor of Saint Peter and Prime Minister of His Church?

It is important to be sure of where we stand in our relationship with God and His only church.

We are the Catholic Church!

BAKIT TINATAWAG NA "REYNA" SI BIRHEN MARIA? (Mary the Queen)
Jeremiah 13:18 (Magandang Balita Biblia)
(Revelation 12:1,5 – Magandang Balitan Biblia)
- THEREFORE.
Jeremiah 29:2 (New American Bible)
“This was after KING JECONIAH AND THE QUEEN MOTHER, the courtiers, the princes of Judah and Jerusalem, the artisans and the skilled workmen had left Jerusalem. “
Daniel 5:10 (Magandang Balita Biblia)
1 Hari 2:19 (Magandang Balita Biblia)
Balik ulit tayo.
Jeremiah 13:18 (Magandang Balita Biblia)
1 Timoteo 6:14-15 (Magandang Balita Biblia)
- THEREFORE.
■OBJECTION
[ NAKUHA NYO SA PAGANO YANG PAG TAWAG NYUNG REYNA NG LANGIT KAY MARIA,
HISTORICALLY, ANG MGA PAGANO NUON SA BABYLONIA AY MAY DIOSA NA NAG NGANGALANG "ISHTAR" NA TINATAWAG NILANG REYNA SA LANGIT AT KANILANG SINASAMBA.
NAKASULAT DIN YAN SA BIBLIA, KINIWENTO NI JEREMIAS PATUNGKOL SA DIOSANG REYNA SA LANGIT NA PINAGHAHANDUGAN AT SINASAMBA NG MGA PAGANONG BABYLONIAN NUON....
Jeremias 44:18-19 (Ang Biblia)
SAGOT:
(Revelation 12:1,5 – Magandang Balita Biblia)

- THEREFORE.

August 4 | St. John Vianney

A man with vision overcomes obstacles and performs deeds that seem impossible. John Vianney was a man with vision: He wanted to become a priest. But he had to overcome his meager formal schooling, which inadequately prepared him for seminary studies.

His failure to comprehend Latin lectures forced him to discontinue. But his vision of being a priest urged him to seek private tutoring. After a lengthy battle with the books, John was ordained.

Situations calling for “impossible” deeds followed him everywhere. As pastor of the parish at Ars, John encountered people who were indifferent and quite comfortable with their style of living. His vision led him through severe fasts and short nights of sleep.

With Catherine Lassagne and Benedicta Lardet, he established La Providence, a home for girls. Only a man of vision could have such trust that God would provide for the spiritual and material needs of all those who came to make La Providence their home.

His work as a confessor is John Vianney’s most remarkable accomplishment. In the winter months he was to spend 11 to 12 hours daily reconciling people with God. In the summer months this time was increased to 16 hours. Unless a man was dedicated to his vision of a priestly vocation, he could not have endured this giving of self day after day.

Many people look forward to retirement and taking it easy, doing the things they always wanted to do but never had the time. But John Vianney had no thoughts of retirement. As his fame spread, more hours were consumed in serving God’s people. Even the few hours he would allow himself for sleep were disturbed frequently by the devil.

Who, but a man with vision, could keep going with ever-increasing strength? In 1929, Pope Pius XI named him the patron of parish priests worldwide and proclaimed by Pope Benedict XVI during the year of priests as patron saint of all priests.

St. John Vianney, pray for us.

JULY 3 | St. Thomas, the Apostle

On July 3, the Church celebrates the feast day of St. Thomas the Apostle. Best known for his initial unwillingness to believe the other apostles in their claim that Jesus had risen from the dead, St. Thomas can teach the faithful about believing without seeing.
As an apostle, Thomas was dedicated to following the Lord. Upon hearing that Jesus was returning to Judea, an area that would pose dangers due to the growing animosity of the authorities there, he immediately said to the other apostles, "Let us also go, that we may die with him" (Jn 11: 16).

Yet despite this determination, Thomas proved not only too weak to stand beside Jesus as he faced his crucifixion, but also doubted the Lord’s Resurrection when he was told about it by the other apostles. Denying their story, he told them, "Unless I see in his hands the print of the nails, and place my finger in the mark of the nails, and place my hand in his side, I will not believe" (Jn 20:25).

A week later, Christ appeared and said to Thomas, "Put your finger here and see my hands, and bring your hand and put it into my side, and do not be unbelieving, but believe." When Thomas did so he exclaimed, "My Lord and my God!"

In his general audience on September 27, 2006, Pope Benedict XVI spoke of St. Thomas, explaining that we can learn from his doubts, which show us "that Jesus can now be recognised by his wounds rather than by his face."

"The Apostle Thomas’ case is important to us for at least three reasons," said the Pope. "First, because it comforts us in our insecurity; second, because it shows us that every doubt can lead to an outcome brighter than any uncertainty; and, lastly, because the words that Jesus addressed to him remind us of the true meaning of mature faith and encourage us to persevere, despite the difficulty, along our journey of adhesion to him."

After Pentecost, St. Thomas is traditionally believed to have preached the Good News to the Persians and Medes, until he reached India, where he evangelised and was eventually martyred in 72 A.D.

St. Thomas’ feast day is July 3, and he is the patron of architects and builders.
