Kapatid: "si Kristo Ang PAtutunguhan sa Tulong ng Ina ng Diyos" The apostolic group of the Philippine Dominican student-brothers that seeks to lead the faithful to Christ through the devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

MISSION

The KAPATID, Si Kristo Ang PAtutunguhan sa Tulong ng Ina ng Diyos, of the Dominican Studentate is committed to lead the faithful to a genuine encounter with Christ by fostering true devotion and veneration to Mary. VISION

We, the KAPATID, envisions itself as an effective and dynamic agent in empowering the lay as collaborators in propagating devotions to the Blessed Virgin Mary. GOALS

1. To foster true devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and to St. Dominic (APC Calamba 2021, Statute #20) within the KAPATID members and lay collaborators;

2. To increase the participation of the brothers to various activities of the Shrine in honing the Gospel values and virtues among the lay faithful;

3. Establish linkages to groups or persons dedicated to Marian devotion; and

4. To improve the social media presence and engagement of KAPATID in various social media platforms with the help of the lay collaborators.

On the Feast of the Most Holy Name of Mary (September 12, 2026), the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary and the KAPATID apostolic group attended a formative talk by Bro. Gian Linardo Mari T. Estrella, O.P., titled “To Jesus through Mary: Meditations on Our Blessed Mother’s Role as Exemplar Model of the Church.”

Grounded in the teachings of the Dogmatic Constitution Lumen Gentium, Br. Estrella highlighted Mary’s singular role as an exemplar of faith and charity for all believers, emphasizing that authentic Marian devotion ultimately directs the faithful toward obedience to Christ.
