Another week has passed, but not without celebration in CFC.

Let us congratulate CFC East A and South B of Metro Manila for their anniversary celebrations.

Over the weekend, CFC-YFC Qatar held their National Conference and CFC-YFC Bicol also conducted their Regional Youth Conference.

We praise and thank God for His wondrous blessings and for allowing us to continue serving Him, as well as our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Jesus Himself did not continually seek peace with everyone in every situation in His life, as today’s Gospel demonstrates. Confrontation is mostly unpleasant, but done from a place of authentic love, it can lead to conversion, forgiveness, and healing.

Faith is not blindly obeying a person. Fr. Jay Coching, CMF, tells us that faith is brought to us by God when He reveals Himself to us. It is through this faith that we get to know the Lord more and discover who He truly is—gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in love and fidelity (Exodus 34:6, NABRE).

The CFC community is not something we simply belong to; it is something we actively build together. Each of us has a part to play—encouraging those who struggle, sharing our gifts and wisdom, listening and praying for one another, and helping each other grow in faith.

A strong community is built when each person chooses to participate, serve, and share what God has entrusted to them. When we give of ourselves, we build one another up, strengthen our community, and make it a more visible reflection of Christ.
