Isaiah 40:29-31 NIV
"He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."

Si Moses, one of the great leaders. na-inis sa lahat ng grumblings ng israelites. He lashed out in anger, bringing God's Jugdment on him.

Si Prophet Elijah sobrang napagod from standing alone for God against false prophets na dumating sa puntong gusto nya ng mawala sa mundo. he preferred death over life.

Si David, naksulat ng napakaraming Psalms kasi he was so depressed and troubled by his enemies while waiting sa promise ng God.

Even Jesus, The Son of God na nagkatawang tao was so discouraged sa garden of gethsemane that He longed to have His friends beside Him in this moment of need.

None of us are immune from the effects of fatigue on our body, mind and spirit. No wonder it is important that we continually seek and create ways to balance everything. We must turn to the Giver of life, God himself, who will bring renewal to even the weariest spirit. All we need is trust. Trust that God loves you and will minister to your spirit.

That's what God did for Moses, David, Elijah, and other heroes of faith. And that's what He will do for you!
