Today, we joyfully celebrate the solemnity of Saint Ezekiel Moreno, a faithful servant of God whose life was marked by deep faith, compassionate love, and unwavering trust in the Lord.

May his example inspire us to remain steadfast in prayer, to offer our sufferings with faith, and to extend hope and compassion to those who are sick and suffering. May Saint Ezekiel continue to intercede especially for cancer patients, their families, and all those who place their trust in God.

โ€œThis Gospel reminds me to believe in Jesus, even when things seem impossible or beyond my ability. I have many fears and doubts, especially when facing important responsibilities and decisions that may affect my future. Sometimes, when things do not happen the way I want, I doubt Godโ€™s plans for me. I often pray that He will take away my doubts and help me trust His plans. I also pray for the strength to accept whatever path He leads me to. Like Peter, I may have fears, but Jesus will never fail me. I just have to trust in Him.โ€

When we trust in Him, we learn that we are never alone. Kahit may takot, doubts, at mga bagay na hindi natin maintindihan, sapat na ang Panginoon upang gabayan tayo. Tulad ni Peter, maaaring manghina ang ating pananampalataya, pero hindi tayo kailanman bibitawan ni Jesus. Kahit hindi natin alam kung saan tayo dadalhin ng Kanyang plano, patuloy tayong magtiwala, dahil ang plano Niya ay hindi kailanman mabibigo.โœจ

โ€œI'm really a travel person. Gustong-gusto kong pumunta sa mga places na first time ko pa lang mapuntahanโ€”even new coffee shops or restaurants. Madalas sabihin ng iba "May pera ka pa ba?" pero naniniwala kasi ako sa kasabihang "God will provide." Maraming beses na akala ko ubos na budget ko tapos biglang may darating na blessings. Kaya ayoko ring sabihin na "wala na akong pera" kasi kahit piso pa 'yan, pera pa rin 'yan at blessing yan. Tulad sa Gospel this Sunday, ginamit ni Lord ang five loaves and two fish para pakainin ang marami. Ganoon Siya magmahalโ€”He always provides our needs at minsan pati wants. Feeling ko spoiled talaga ako kay Lord. Thank you po Lord, lovelots!๐Ÿคโ€
