1. Graduating Senior High School students
2. Currently enrolled college students
3. Adults seeking skills training or vocational learning, including those requesting equipment support for self-employment or business
4. Individuals preparing for licensure examinations
5. Those who would like to finish their undergraduate degree through ETEEAP
