The Sacrament of Confirmation completes the grace of Baptism, strengthens us with the Holy Spirit, and binds us more perfectly to the Church. Through this sacrament, we are called to be steadfast witnesses of Christ in word and in deedโ€”an essential step in living out our Catholic faith fully.

HOLY RELIC OF SAINT ISIDORE

A piece of bone from the incorruptible body of our glorious patron, Saint Isidore the Farmer, is now enshrined in our parish for the public veneration of the faithful in time for his feast day today.

Saint Isidore, a humble farmer of Madrid, is renowned for his deep faith and countless miracles. One of the most well-known involved King Philip III of Spain, who was gravely ill. Upon touching the relics of Saint Isidore, the king was miraculously healedโ€”an event that greatly contributed to the saintโ€™s canonization. This miracle is a testament to the powerful intercession of Saint Isidore and his enduring presence among the faithful.

Let us all come together to honor our miraculous patron and ask for his powerful intercession.
