Bakit nga ba tayo takot sa commitment?

Dahil ba hindi tayo sigurado o hindi natin kayang panindigan yung isang bagay?

But in every relationship, commitment must exist.

The same goes for your relationship with the Lord.

Christian life is a commitment, hindi siya nakadepende sa feelings o mood mo.

Kapag ba hindi ka na masaya, kapag di mo na feel, di ka na susunod, hindi kana mananatili.

Kung ganon kang klase ng tao, you don't truly love the one you're in a relationship with, dahil hindi ka fully committed.

So today, let us pray to be committed to our walk with God, just as King Solomon says,

1 King 8:61
And may your hearts be fully committed to the LORD our God, to live by his decrees and obey his commands, as at this time.

And remember this.
Matthew 16:24-26
Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me. For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?

What wisdom really looks like 🤝

In a world where intelligence and qualifications often define success, God points us to something far greater—heavenly wisdom.

True wisdom is not just about knowledge, but about character. It is seen in a life marked by peace, gentleness, mercy, and sincerity. This kind of wisdom is the fruit of a close relationship with the Lord.

A genuine Christian reflects this wisdom through humility and love, not through status or recognition. Being merciful, soft-hearted, and authentic is what truly pleases God.

— Seek the kind of wisdom that speaks hope, builds faith, and brings encouragement to others. Let your words and actions be shaped by the wisdom from above.

James 3:17
"But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere."

A true Christian doesn't just believe in Christ—they live like Him.
Let your actions reflect the faith you profess.
Let God renew your mind and reshape your heart into a wholesome, Christ-like mindset.

Ask yourself. Does my life reflect the faith I claim to have?
Let your faith come alive through your love and obedience. 🤍

James 1:25
"25 But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do."

God blesses the life and plans of those who obey His Word.

As Christians, studying, reading, and applying the Word of God is the foundation of our relationship and faith in Him.

Faith without action is dead — we are called to serve, not just listen.

Be courageous and hardworking in your journey with the Lord, for a great reward and inheritance awaits you.
