🛐🍂 HE SAW HELL❗
🔴💯 HELL IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK IT IS
Most people imagine hell as fire and darkness. Flames that burn forever. Shadows that never lift. Images from medieval paintings. Scenes from horror movies.
But what if I told you that the Bible reveals something far more terrifying than fire. Something deeper than darkness. Something that shakes the soul to its very core.
The deepest agony of hell is not what you think it is.
And today we are going to face this truth together.
The true horror of hell is not physical. It is not just the flames, though they are real. It is not just the darkness, though it is absolute. It is something far deeper than anything physical could ever touch.
It is the eternal loss of God’s presence.
The permanent and irreversible separation from His love.
The complete absence of hope.
Not for a season.
Not for a lifetime.
But forever.
Every good thing you have ever experienced. Every moment of peace. Every touch of love. Every glimpse of beauty. All of it comes from God.
And in hell, all of it is gone.
Forever.
We are uncovering terrifying realities the soul faces in hell according to Scripture. Not theories from theologians. Not speculation from philosophers. Directly from God’s Word.
These truths are not meant to entertain you with fear. They are meant to wake you up. To shake you out of spiritual complacency. To push you toward the grace that can still save you while there is time.
Second Peter chapter 3 verse 9 says the Lord is patient, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
Every warning is an invitation.
Part One. Eternal Separation From God
Second Thessalonians chapter 1 verse 9 says they will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His might.
Shut out.
Permanently excluded from the presence of the Lord.
God is the source of light. Without Him there is only darkness.
God is the source of love. Without Him there is only isolation.
God is the source of joy. Without Him there is only anguish.
God is the source of goodness. Without Him there is only evil.
Complete absence of everything good.
Part Two. No End. No Relief. No Hope.
Revelation chapter 14 verse 11 says the smoke of their torment rises forever and ever and there is no rest day or night.
No rest.
Mark chapter 9 verse 48 says the worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.
Unending. Unceasing. Eternal.
Part Three. Conscious Regret.
In Luke chapter 16 the rich man remembered. He felt. He pleaded for one drop of water.
One drop.
Consciousness continues.
Memory continues.
Regret continues.
Part Four. Complete Absence of Love.
First John chapter 4 verse 8 says God is love.
If God is love, then separation from God is separation from love itself.
No kindness.
No comfort.
No compassion.
No warmth.
Only isolation forever.
Part Five. Unquenchable Thirst.
Luke chapter 16 verse 24 shows the rich man begging for a single drop of water.
After all his wealth.
After all his comfort.
One drop.
Denied.
Part Six. Eternal Company With Evil.
Matthew chapter 25 verse 41 records Jesus saying depart from me you who are cursed into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.
Prepared.
Hell was prepared for the devil and his angels.
Revelation chapter 20 verse 10 says the devil was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
Eternal companionship with pure evil.
Not fellowship.
Not understanding.
But beings of absolute malice.
Part Seven. No Prayer. No Worship. No Song.
Psalm chapter 6 verse 5 says among the dead no one proclaims your name. Who praises you from the grave.
Isaiah chapter 38 verse 18 says death cannot sing your praise.
Created to worship.
Designed to praise.
But silenced forever.
Part Eight. The Weight Of Unforgiven Sin.
John chapter 8 verse 24 says if you do not believe that I am he you will indeed die in your sins.
Die in your sins.
Not forgiven.
Not cleansed.
Forever guilty.
Hebrews chapter 10 verses 26 and 27 says no sacrifice for sins is left but only a fearful expectation of judgment.
No mercy left.
Only judgment.
Part Nine. Outer Darkness. Total Isolation.
Matthew chapter 8 verse 12 says they will be thrown outside into the darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Matthew chapter 22 verse 13 says tie him hand and foot and throw him outside into the darkness.
Jude verse 13 speaks of blackest darkness reserved forever.
Reserved forever.
This is not fantasy.
This is Scripture.
This message is not here to condemn you.
It is here to awaken you.
If you still have breath, grace is still available.
Choose repentance.
Choose life.
Choose Christ.
