During the Holy Mass, Rev. Fr. Juan Felipe Torrecampo officially introduced the seminarians: Sem. Joseph Fulgar, Sem. Jorren Flores, and Sem. Jeofrey Legarda, who are currently in their third year of Philosophy; and Sem. Eduardo Tiples and Sem. Stijn Luyts, who are in the Prepaedeutic stage.

May God continue to guide and strengthen them as they journey toward their vocation and respond faithfully to His call.

The construction of St. Joseph the Husband of Mary Parish is ongoing, and by God's grace, we continue to move forward. Every brick laid and every wall raised is made possible through the generosity and prayers of our faithful community.

The community of San Jose Parish joyfully welcomed Most Rev. Bishop Socrates Mesiona during his Pastoral Visit from June 19 to 21, 2026. The three-day visit was a grace-filled occasion that strengthened the communion between the bishop and the faithful of the parish. Parishioners, ministry members, and chapel representatives gathered to warmly Welcomed Bishop Soc and participate in the activities prepared for his visit.

The opening program began with a heartfelt welcome from the parish community. The San Jose Parish Youth Ministry rendered an energetic dance presentation in honor of Bishop Soc, followed by the Sancti Josephi Chorus, who beautifully performed their Cuyonon Medley, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the parish. After the performances, the community joined together with the Solteros in a festive community dance, fostering fellowship and unity among the faithful. Bishop Socrates Mesiona then delivered his message to the community of San Jose Parish, encouraging everyone to continue growing in faith, service, and commitment to the mission of the Church.

As part of the pastoral visitation, Fr. Joseph Cacacha and Bishop Soc facilitated the presentation of the parish's programs, ministries, and activities. Meanwhile, Fr. Ralph Javarez and Fr. Sam Bacosa conducted an inspection and review of the parish records and sacramental books. In the afternoon, Bishop Soc, together with Fr. Pipes, visited San Isidro Chapel and Sta. Milagrosa Chapel, where they met with chapel leaders and faithful members of the communities.

On June 20, 2026, the Finance Team of the Apostolic Vicariate of Puerto Princesa, together with Fr. Manny Dormile, conducted a review of the financial records of the parish. This activity aimed to ensure proper stewardship, transparency, and accountability in the management of parish resources. Later that afternoon, Bishop Soc and Fr. Pipes continued their pastoral visits to the Our Lady of Fatima Chapel, Black Nazarene Chapel, and Divine Mercy Chapel, spending time with the faithful and learning about the life and activities of each chapel community.

The pastoral visit concluded on June 21, 2026, with the celebration of the Holy Mass presided over by Bishop Socrates Mesiona. The Eucharistic celebration served as the culmination of the three-day visitation, bringing together parishioners in prayer and thanksgiving. The pastoral visit was a meaningful and inspiring experience for the entire San Jose Parish community, leaving behind renewed enthusiasm, deeper faith, and a stronger commitment to serving God and His Church.
