The Holy Mass for the Twenty-First Sunday in Ordinary Time was solemnly celebrated.

Today’s Gospel reminds us to remain faithful and choose the path that leads to Christ. During the celebration, the Blessing of the Ministers of Lay Communion (MLK) was also held as they continue their mission of serving God and His people.

May the Lord continue to bless him with strength, wisdom, and joy as he continues to serve God's people. Wishing him many more blessed years in the priesthood.

𝐈𝐊𝐀-𝟐𝟎 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐆𝐎 𝐒𝐀 𝐊𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐇𝐎𝐍

The Holy Mass for the Twentieth Sunday in Ordinary Time was solemnly celebrated.

Today’s Gospel reminds us to have strong faith and trust in Jesus. Like the Canaanite woman, may we continue to pray and trust in God, even during difficult times.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁. 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘂𝘀

Today, the Altar Servers of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Bacungan, joined fellow altar servers from different parishes in celebrating the Feast Day of St. Tarcisius, the patron saint of altar servers, at the Capitol PGP Convention. They took part in the talks, activities, and fellowship, giving them a chance to learn, connect, and enjoy the celebration with their fellow sakristans.

The celebration continued with the Holy Mass at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral Parish, followed by a solemn procession in honor of St. Tarcisius. Through this celebration, the altar servers were reminded of the joy and responsibility of serving at the altar and of following the example of their patron saint.

May St. Tarcisius continue to guide and inspire every altar server to serve with faith, humility, and a joyful heart.

The Altar Servers of St. Francis of Assisi Parish ended their 9-day Novena to 𝑺𝒕. 𝑻𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒖𝒔.
With grateful hearts, they ask for his guidance to serve the altar with reverence and joy.

Today, August 11, the St. Clare Chapel of St. Francis of Assisi Parish joyfully celebrated the feast day of St. Clare of Assisi at Sitio Candes 2.

The celebration brought together the faithful in prayer, thanksgiving, and fellowship as they honored St. Clare, whose life was a beautiful example of faith, humility, simplicity, and love for Christ.

May St. Clare continue to inspire us to follow Christ faithfully and to live with hearts fully given to God.

St. Clare of Assisi, pray for us! 🙏

The Holy Mass for the Nineteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time was solemnly celebrated.

Today’s readings remind us to put our faith and trust in God, especially during moments of fear and uncertainty. Like Peter, we are called to keep our eyes on Jesus and believe that He is always with us, even in the midst of life’s storms.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝐁𝐄𝐂 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Today, the faithful of St. Francis of Assisi Parish first gathered for the celebration of the Holy Mass presided by Rev. Fr. Demars Hengnoni, TC, followed by a BEC Orientation on the 10 Methods of Faith Sharing. The orientation helped deepen their understanding and encourage faith-sharing within the community.

Today, the Altar Servers of St. Francis of Assisi Parish opened the novena in honor of 𝑺𝒕. 𝑻𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒖𝒔.
They are reminded to follow his example of courage and faithful service as they offer themselves at the altar.

Today, the St. Francis of Assisi Parish family joyfully celebrates and gives thanks for the gift of the priesthood, especially for the faithful ministry of 𝑹𝒆𝒗. 𝑭𝒓. 𝑫𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝑯𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒐𝒏𝒊, 𝑻𝑪.

The parish community thanks Father Demars for his dedication, guidance, and compassionate service. Through his leadership and unwavering commitment, he continues to inspire and lead the faithful closer to Christ.
