Today, March 19, 2026, the community of Seminario de San Jose celebrates the Solemnity of Saint Joseph, the Husband of Mary.

In a spirit of love and faith, we joyfully honor our beloved patron, St. Joseph. A loving father and a faithful, humble servant, may his example inspire all of us to follow the holy will of God. May the story of his life move us to persevere in faith and grow in holiness.

The celebration of the Holy Eucharist was presided over by Rev. Fr. Manuel Deems Aston, concelebrated with the priest formators and guest priests. The community also extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Hijos Choir for providing the music during the Mass.

We likewise thank our Mass sponsors: all parishes within Metro Puerto, various organizations, pastoral areas, parents of high school students, and the benefactors of the seminary.

Today, March 19, 2026, the community of Seminario de San Jose joyfully held a Karakol in honor of Saint Joseph, our beloved patron.

With vibrant music from the drum and lyre, and hearts lifted in song and dance, we celebrate this solemnity as one community of faith. In every step, rhythm, and joyful smile, we express our love and devotion to St. Joseph, whose life of humility and faith continues to inspire us.

May our joyful celebration reflect our gratitude for his continuous intercession and deepen our commitment to follow God’s calling.

Ninth Day of the Novena for the Solemnity of Saint Joseph, the Husband of Mary

The community of Seminario de San Jose, together with the parishioners of the Immaculate Conception Cathedral Parish, BCBP (South West), and PPTA officers, gathered to celebrate the ninth day of the Novena in honor of St. Joseph. The community of Seminario de San Jose, together with the parishioners of San Miguel Parish, BCBP (North), and BCBP (South), gathered to celebrate the eighth day of the Novena in honor of St. Joseph. Fourth Day of the Novena for the Solemnity of St. Joseph, the Husband of Mary

Today, the community of Seminario de San Jose, together with the parishioners of Divine Mercy Parish, the Apostolada ng Panalangin, and the Grade 7 students and their parents, gathered to celebrate the fourth day of the Novena in honor of St. Joseph. The Holy Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Pepito Rollo, together with the priest formators.

In his homily, Fr. Pip emphasized the importance of listening. He reminded the faithful that through listening, we learn to obey and follow God's will. Like St. Joseph, may we also listen attentively and follow the will of God with wholehearted trust.

3rd Day of Novena for the Solemnity of St. Joseph the Husband of Mary

Today, the community of Seminario de San Jose, together with the parishioners of Sta. Monica Parish, the Knights of Columbus, and the students and parents of Grade 8 – Jericho, gathered to celebrate the third day of the Novena to St. Joseph. The Mass was presided by Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Dormile, together with the priest formators.

In his homily, Fr. Manny emphasized the importance of openness during this Season of Lent. He reminded the faithful to become aware of our weaknesses and to open our hearts to God's mercy and love, and not allowing sin to blind us from the grace that God continually offers.
