“The Fruit-Bearing Disciple!” 🍇
(John 15:1-8)

When Jesus talks about vines, branches, and bearing fruit in John 15, He isn't just offering a nice agricultural metaphor, He is laying out the core design of the Christian life. Branches don't strive to produce fruit; they simply stay connected to the Vine. Fruitfulness is never about human effort; it is the natural, inevitable byproduct of abiding.

When we abide in Christ, resting in His Word, yielding to His pruning, and remaining tethered to His presence, our lives naturally display the character of God. The true mark of a disciple isn't just active busyness, but a transformed life that brings glory to the Father. 💜✨

080826 Yewon Summit School Field Trip 🌤

Our Yewon Summit School family had an unforgettable field trip filled with joy, discovery, and fellowship! Our young learners explored the beauty of God’s creation at the Butterfly Garden—marveling at colorful wildlife and learning about local tribal culture. They let their energy shine bright at Baker’s Hill, playing and laughing together, before topping off the day with a delicious, fun-filled lunch feast at Jollibee! 🥐🐝

More than just a fun day out, every step was an opportunity to nurture faith-centered hearts, foster strong friendships, and empower the next generation to grow with purpose and grace.

Jesus promises His disciples that the Father will send the Holy Spirit to be their Helper, Comforter, and Advocate. This assurance reminds us that we are never left alone in our journey of faith. The Spirit dwells within us, guiding, strengthening, and empowering us to live according to God’s will. Even when challenges arise, the Holy Spirit provides peace and courage, reminding us of Christ’s words and presence. Through Him, we experience God’s nearness and are equipped to walk faithfully, knowing that we are not abandoned but continually supported by the Helper who abides with us forever.

260801 Martus Day | "Share mo siya, kasi may nagshare din sayo" | Mark 5:19

Sinabi ni Jesus sa lalaking pinagaling mula sa mga demonyo: “Umuwi ka na sa iyong tahanan, at ipahayag mo sa kanila ang lahat ng ginawa ng Panginoon at kung paanong siya’y nahabag sa iyo.” Ang paanyayang ito ay paalala na ang ating mga karanasan ng kagalingan at awa ng Diyos ay hindi para itago, kundi para ibahagi sa iba. Kung may nagbahagi sa atin ng mabuting balita, tungkulin din natin na ipasa ito, hindi lamang bilang kwento, kundi bilang patotoo ng kapangyarihan at pag-ibig ng Diyos na kumikilos sa ating buhay. Ang pagbabahagi ng ating karanasan ay nagiging tulay para sa iba na makilala rin ang habag at kaligtasan na nagmumula kay Cristo.

Jesus told the man who had been freed from demons: “Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” This command reminds us that the grace and mercy we receive are not meant to be hidden but shared. Just as someone shared the good news with us, we are called to pass it on, through our testimony, our words, and our lives. Sharing what God has done becomes a living witness that can inspire others to seek His mercy and experience His saving power.

260726 Sunday Worship | "Do Not Be Troubled and Believe!" | John 14:1-6

Jesus comforts His disciples by saying, “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in Me.” Even though He was preparing them for His departure, He assured them that He was going to prepare a place for them in His Father's house and that He would one day return to bring them to be with Him forever. Jesus also declared, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me,” revealing that true peace, hope, and eternal life are found only through Him. This passage reminds believers that when life is filled with uncertainty, fear, or hardship, they do not need to be overwhelmed. Instead, they are called to trust in Jesus, whose promises never fail. By believing in Him, we can have confidence that He is always leading us, providing for us, and preparing an eternal home where we will be with Him forever.
