Our Birhen sa Rosaryo Chapel proudly joined the Zone Christmas Party held at San Isidro Chapel, Purok 3, Napo, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur together with Mipil, Lucena, San Pedro, Sto. Niรฑo (Isla Noah), and F2 Chapels.

Weโ€™re so proud to share that we achieved 2nd place in the Caroling Contest and 3rd place in the Presentation per Chapel and we also bagged the Early Bird Award! Our candidate, Ms. Manuela Christy Magalso also ranked 2nd in the instant candidate for the MILSSTONN Zone Yuletide Queen. Gipahigayon nato ang atong Christmas party sa mismong adlaw sa Pasko, diin kita nagtipon aron magpasalamat, maglingaw, ug magpahayag sa atong gugma sa Ginoo ug sa usaโ€™g usa.

Napuno sa gugma ug kalipay ang kapilya atong adlawa, sa pag-ampo, mga awit, exchange gifts, lingaw nga mga dula, ug lamian nga pagkaon. Kini nga pagsaulog nagpahinumdom kanato sa dakong gugma sa Diyos pinaagi sa iyang paghatag kanato ni Hesus, ang atong manluluwas. ๐ŸŒŸ

Today, we celebrate the Third Sunday of Advent, also known as Gaudete (/ษกaสŠหˆdษ›tษ›/) Sunday. The rose-colored candle on the Advent wreath, known as the Candle of Joy, is lit to remind us of the happiness and hope that the coming of Christ brings into our lives.

Gaudete, meaning 'rejoice,' calls us to pause and reflect on the nearness of our Savior. Even in the midst of waiting, we are filled with joy because we know the promise of salvation is near. Let us open our hearts to this joy and share it with others as we prepare to celebrate the birth of Christ!

As we continue our journey through Advent, the Second Sunday focuses on peace, hope, and the preparation of our hearts for Christโ€™s coming. This Sunday, we light the second candle of Advent, the Candle of Peace, reminding us of the message of John the Baptist: โ€œPrepare the way of the Lord, make straight His pathsโ€ (Mark 1:3).

Let us reflect on how we can be agents of peace in our own lives and communities. Just as John called us to prepare a place for Christ, we are also called to prepare our hearts, minds, and spirits to receive the Prince of Peace.

โ€œAnd the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:7)

Letโ€™s walk in peace, in hope, and in joyful anticipation of the coming of our Savior. ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒŸ

It was a day filled with learning and spiritual growth as they gathered with fellow lectors from various vicariates to strengthen their commitment to the ministry.

December is a sacred time to honor the ๐™„๐™ข๐™ข๐™–๐™˜๐™ช๐™ก๐™–๐™ฉ๐™š ๐˜พ๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™˜๐™š๐™ฅ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ ๐™ค๐™› ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐˜ฝ๐™ก๐™š๐™จ๐™จ๐™š๐™™ ๐™‘๐™ž๐™ง๐™œ๐™ž๐™ฃ ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™ง๐™ฎ, a pivotal moment in Catholic faith. The Immaculate Conception refers to Mary being conceived without original sin, a singular grace granted by God in preparation for her role as the Mother of Jesus Christ. This doctrine, proclaimed by Pope Pius IX in 1854 through Ineffabilis Deus, underscores Maryโ€™s purity and her unwavering "yes" to God's divine plan.
