Steps to Online Registration:

A. PAYMENT
1. Payment shall be made and sent through any branches of PALAWAN EXPRESS PERA PADALA nationwide and BPI bank account 001103-4259-01(Elna A. Gaston and John A. Bisnar)ONLY.

*includes accommodation, 3 snacks, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 dinners

2. Legibly write your complete name on the "SENDER" field of the form followed by YOUR mobile number. On the "RECEIVER" field of the form, legibly write "MARY DOMINIQUE GASTON" and "09567218964".
3. Legibly write the amount you are about to send and have it signed over your printed name.
4. The teller will validate your transaction. Once validated, the teller will issue your acknowledgement receipt/form.
5. Secure your acknowledgement receipt/form and have it scanned (or you may take a photo) for you will need to UPLOAD the scanned document on your online registration.

B. ONLINE REGISTRATION

1. The registration form can be found by clicking the link below

2. Fill up the required fields using CAPITAL LETTERS. Write "N/A" for fields that do not apply.
*fields with "Red Asterisk"are required fields. You cannot proceed/ submit your form if you leave those fields blank.
3. Carefully review the data you have encoded so as to avoid errors on your online verification.
4. Upload the photo of your receipts and the amount of payment (example, 1000 php, 100 php) to be identified wether registration is with full accomodation or for walk-in.
4. WAIT UNTIL THE SITE says you have SUCCESSFULLY SENT your form. (Forms will not be received unless successfully sent)
5. After successfully submitting your form, an automated reply will be sent to your e-mail acknowledging your registration.
6. PRINT your registration form and present it on the day of AIRCKABS to avail your Accomodation, ID, Kit, and Meal Stubs.
