ORATIO IMPERATA
Prayer for deliverance from earthquake

Almighty Father, we raise our hearts to You in gratitude for the wonders of creation, for Your providence that sustains us in our needs, and for Your wisdom that guides the course of the universe.

We acknowledge our sins against You and the rest of creation.

We have not been good stewards of Your gifts. We turn to You, our loving Father, and beg forgiveness for our sins.

Look with mercy upon Your people, Lord, as we tremble in fear from the shaking of the earth. Protect us from harm and shield us from the dangers of collapsing homes, falling debris, and all destruction caused by earthquakes.

We especially lift to You the poor, the vulnerable, and the defenseless, those who have no strong shelter, those whose homes are weak and fragile, and those who cannot recover easily from disaster. Be their refuge, o God, their comfort and their strength.

Calm our hearts when fear surrounds us. Steady the ground beneath us and keep us safe. Heal the injured, console the grieving, and grant eternal rest to those who have perished.

We ask this through Your Son Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

The 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀 held its Evaluation at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish earlier today, June 7, 2026, at the Lay Formation Center, St. Mark Hall.

The formal evaluation started at 2:00 PM with all parish representatives present, together with the concerned individuals. The evaluation proceeded smoothly and productively, providing an avenue for open dialogue, honest reflection, and meaningful sharing of insights. Concerns and issues raised during the discussion were properly addressed with understanding and mutual respect, while recommendations and suggestions were warmly received and carefully considered for future implementation.

The gathering was marked by a spirit of peace, love, unity, and camaraderie among all participants. It strengthened relationships, fostered closer collaboration among the parishes, and reaffirmed everyone’s shared commitment to serving with humility, dedication, and faith. The evaluation concluded on a positive note, with renewed enthusiasm, clearer direction, and a deeper sense of communion as one KVA family moving forward together.

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪 | The celebration of the 2nd KVA Altar Servers Sports Festival 2026 officially begins with the celebration of the Holy Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Chester Balbuena.

The Eucharistic Celebration serves as the spiritual foundation of this meaningful gathering, uniting altar servers from different parishes in faith, sportsmanship, camaraderie, and service to God.

Hosted by the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish – Polomolok, this year’s festival highlights not only athletic excellence but also the values of discipline, unity, and Christian fellowship among the youth.

We, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 proudly celebrate being the 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝟐𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐑 in the 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐕𝐀 𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔!

Being the 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 was already a 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, but through teamwork, faith, unity, and determination, we were able to make this event successful and unforgettable. This victory is not only about 𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 , but also about the 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬, 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫.
