Official Statement on the Project SARIG Orientation
We are overjoyed to announce the successful orientation and launch of Project SARIG at Alugan National School of Craftsmanship and Home Industries (ANSCHI). Brought together by a shared mission, the St. Mary Magdalene Parish Catechist Volunteers of San Policarpo, Eastern Samar, alongside the ANSCHI school principal and department heads, gathered today to finalize our collaborative partnership.Project SARIG (Strengthening Maka-Diyos and Maka-Tao Core Values Through Voluntary Catechism Sessions for Holistic Learner Wellness) represents a vital step forward in nurturing both the hearts and minds of our local youth. Through this orientation, our volunteer catechists and school leaders have established clear schedules, classroom logistics, and voluntary participation guidelines to ensure a seamless integration with the students' Values Education. We extend our deepest gratitude to the administration of ANSCHI for opening their doors, and to our dedicated catechist volunteers from St. Mary Magdalene Parish who generously offer their time, faith, and service to the community. Together, as Church and school partners, we stand united in building a stronger, value-driven foundation for our learners in San Policarpo.

"The family that prays together stays together." 🙏✨
Join us as our dedicated Altar Servers, alongside the Franciscan Sisters, lead the Holy Rosary and the Angelus.
The Rosary is not just a repetition of prayers; it is a peaceful walk with the Blessed Virgin Mary as she gently points us toward her Son, Jesus. In moments of noise, difficulty, or weariness, turning the beads brings a quiet refuge to our hearts and transforms our daily lives.
Come and pray with us every evening!
