With grateful hearts, we give all the glory and thanks to God for the successful culmination of our Vacation Church School 2926. 🤍✨

A heartfelt thank you to Rev. Fr. Reynan Escobal for the support and dedication extended throughout this journey. To our VCS teachers and facilitators, thank you for your patience, effort, and love in guiding the children.

To our generous sponsors of food, financial assistance, and school supplies, your kindness became a blessing to many.

And most especially, thank you to all the kids and parents for your participation, trust, and support that made this activity meaningful and successful.

Indeed, it takes a community with love and faith to make moments like this possible. 🙏📚✨

From Easter Egg Decorating to Easter Egg Hunting 🐣

YIFI San Carlos decorated and hid the eggs for the IFI members to find, bringing joy and excitement to the celebration. It was a simple activity, but it brought everyone together and added to the spirit of Easter.

Thank you to our sponsors for providing the eggs and prizes, and to everyone who joined and made the activity lively and memorable.

He is risen! 🙌✨

Happy Easter Sunday and Happy Youth Sunday. Grateful and proud of the youth who serve in the Choir, Lectors, Readers, Psalmist, and Altar Servers of the Mission of San Carlos, and to the youth who came and joined the Sunday Mass, serving and showing up with faith and heart, padayon lang.

Even in the small things like early call times, practices, and every simple yes to serve, may we always remember why we do this, for Him and for His people. 💛

On this solemn Good Friday, YIFI takes part in the Siete Palabras, reflecting on the final words of our Lord Jesus Christ, a powerful reminder of His suffering, love, and sacrifice for us all.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to those who offered their time, voices, and faith in today’s reflection:

Emcee – Kim Trisha Bojo
Introduction – Lovely Jane Salmoro
Fourth Speaker – Jhenelle Oray
“My God, My God, Why Hast Thou Forsaken Me?”
Fifth Speaker – Mary Claire Cayacay
“I Thirst”

May these reflections lead us into deeper prayer and understanding, and inspire us to remain steadfast in faith, especially in times of trial and silence. ✝️

In celebration of Palm Sunday, the YIFI members shared the Gospel through a voice-over presentation of the Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew.

Lovely served as the narrator, guiding the story. Christian voiced Jesus, Mike as Peter, Alfred as Pontius Pilate, and the voices of the crowd were portrayed by Jhenelle and Princess.

More than just a presentation, it became a meaningful reflection as we prepare our hearts for the days ahead. ✝️🌿

As you take your next steps, may you carry with you the lessons, friendships, and values you’ve built along the way. We are proud of you—padayon always. ✨
