"Binnulig: Youth Journeying Forward, Walking in Hope with St. Rose"
The youth of Saint Anne Parish had a meaningful and fun experience joining the Rinnag O celebration at St. Rose de Lima Parish, Sarrat. They reflected on the theme shared by Fr. Edmar and got inspired to keep moving forward in faith. The event was made even more special with cultural dances, bonding, and a strong sense of unity among the youth.

As the Jubilee week for young adults comes to an end, which started on July 27, it leaves behind more than a celebration. It leaves behind a call to remember, to see, and to uplift. This week was a moment of grace, a sacred reminder that the youth are not just the future of the Church, they are its now. It offered hope to those who have stepped away from ministry, and strength to those longing to serve again. It was a quiet invitation to return, to be embraced, and to be reminded that they’ve always belonged.

Too often, young people show up with open hearts and willing hands, yet feel unseen or unheard. This week was a gentle but powerful shift, an invitation to the Church to truly notice, to truly listen, and to truly walk with the youth. But this week isn’t the only time they matter. Their presence, ideas, struggles, and faith journeys matter every single day.

And to all the youth, may this Jubilee also serve as a reminder to you. This pilgrimage we walk is not meant to be walked alone. Let us continue moving forward together, rooted in faith, guided by hope, and strengthened by one another. You are not forgotten. You are not invisible. You are loved, needed, and called. Let’s keep walking, side by side, hand in hand, heart to heart toward the One who unites us all.

5TH SUNDAY OF LENT || Passiontide Sunday

In today's Gospel, we hear the powerful story of Jesus and the adulterous woman, where he shows compassion and mercy despite the woman’s sins. Both Apo Leo and Apo Joseph offered meaningful reflections on this passage in their homilies. Apo Leo focused on how we should always be ready to offer hope and second chances to those who have fallen, encouraging us not to tolerate their sins but to guide them toward redemption with love. Meanwhile, Apo Joseph emphasized the boundless love of God, reminding us that no matter how sinful or imperfect we may be, God still loves us unconditionally. Both homilies concluded with a profound reminder of God’s message: "GO AND SIN NO MORE." This reminds us that while God’s love is infinite, he also calls us to transform and grow, encouraging us to turn away from sin and live in his grace.
