"Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who lays hold on it; who keeps from defiling the Sabbath, and keeps his hand from doing any evil." — Isaiah 56:2

This verse is such a powerful reminder to protect our peace, honor our rest, and stay grounded in integrity.

True peace doesn't come from a busy schedule; it comes from aligning our hearts with God's rhythm.

God promises a blessing when we intentionally choose His ways over the noise of the world.

Drop a "🙏" if you needed this reminder to slow down and protect your peace today! 👇

In John 17:18, Jesus says, "As you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world."

Sabbath is not a disruption of our mission. It is the fuel for it. When we intentionally stop, unplug, and rest, we are declaring that the success of the mission depends on God, not on our striving.

Step away from the noise today. Receive His peace. Recharge your soul. You are sent into the world, but you must first be filled by the One who sends you. May you have a spirit-filled Sabbath.
