๐Ÿ“žโœจ God is callingโ€ฆ are you ready to answer?

Not everyone is called to stand in front, but some are called to become the voice that proclaims His word. Maybe this is your moment to step closer to Him, to serve with purpose, and to let your voice inspire others in faith. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ“–

The Lector Ministry is not just about readingโ€”it is about becoming an instrument of God, sharing His message, and touching hearts through His Word. In every โ€œyesโ€ to His calling, there is growth, service, and a deeper connection with Him.

And unlike your red flag exโ€ฆ
na โ€œI miss youโ€ lang kapag bored siya๐Ÿ“ž
Godโ€™s call is sincere, constant, and never confusing.
Hindi ka iiwan sa mixed signals, hindi ka gagawing option,
at higit sa lahat, tunay at walang kondisyon ang pagmamahal Niya. ๐Ÿคโœจ

So if you hear Him calling your heart today, donโ€™t ignore it.
Take the step. Accept the call. โ˜Ž๏ธโœจ

Pentecost is celebrated fifty days after Easter Sunday. It commemorates the coming of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and the Blessed Virgin Mary while they were gathered in prayer in the Upper Room. This event fulfilled the promise of Jesus to send the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, who would guide, strengthen, and sanctify the Church.

On Pentecost, the Apostles received courage and wisdom to proclaim the Gospel to all nations. Tongues of fire rested upon them, and they began speaking in different languages so that people from many places could understand the message of God. Because of this, Pentecost is often called the โ€œBirthday of the Church.โ€

Pentecost reminds us that the Holy Spirit continues to live and work in the Church and in every believer. The Spirit gives us strength when we are weak, wisdom when we are confused, and courage when we are afraid to witness our faith.

Like the Apostles, we are called to leave fear behind and become instruments of Godโ€™s love, peace, and truth. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are not meant only for ourselves but for service to others and for building unity in the community.

May Pentecost inspire us to open our hearts to the Holy Spirit, so that our words and actions may reflect Christ in our daily lives. โ€œCome, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your faithful and kindle in them the fire of Your love.โ€

Feast of the Ascension commemorates the moment when Jesus Christ ascended into heaven forty days after His Resurrection. Before ascending, He blessed His disciples and commanded them to continue His mission of proclaiming the Gospel to all nations. The Ascension signifies Christโ€™s victory over sin and death and His return to the Father, where He reigns in glory. It also reminds the faithful that Jesus remains present through the Holy Spirit and within His Church.

The Ascension of the Lord teaches us that our earthly life is directed toward heaven. While Christ ascended to the Father, He did not abandon His people. Instead, He entrusted His disciples with the mission to continue His work through faith, love, and service.

In our daily struggles and responsibilities, the Ascension reminds us to lift our hearts toward God and to remain hopeful in His promises. As followers of Christ, we are called not only to look upward in prayer, but also to move forward in missionโ€”bringing compassion, truth, and peace to others.

May the Ascended Lord strengthen our faith and inspire us to become witnesses of His presence in the world.

May 13

The devotion to Our Lady of Fรกtima began in 1917 when the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to three shepherd children โ€” Lรบcia dos Santos, Jacinta Marto, and Francisco Marto โ€” in Fรกtima. During the apparitions, Mary invited the faithful to pray the Holy Rosary, offer sacrifices for sinners, and seek conversion and peace. Her message became a source of spiritual renewal for the Church and the world, especially during times of war, suffering, and uncertainty.

The Feast of Our Lady of Fรกtima is celebrated every May 13, commemorating the first apparition and honoring Maryโ€™s loving guidance as a mother who continually leads people closer to Christ.

The message of Our Lady of Fรกtima remains relevant in every generation. In a world often filled with division, fear, and distractions, Mary calls us back to prayer, repentance, and trust in God. The lives of the three children remind us that holiness is not measured by age or status, but by a sincere heart willing to listen and respond to Godโ€™s call.

Through the Rosary and simple acts of sacrifice, we are invited to become instruments of peace and compassion to others. May the example of Our Lady of Fรกtima inspire us to deepen our faith, remain steadfast in prayer, and live each day with hope centered on Christ.

Our Lady of Fรกtima, pray for us.

On this Fifth Sunday of Easter, the Gospel proclaims Christ as the Way, the Truth, and the Life. In Him, we are invited not only to believe, but to followโ€”to walk in His path of love, to live in His truth, and to remain in His life-giving presence.

The SAAPI once again rendered its service to the parish and community by spearheading the 2nd Mass on May 3, 2026. The Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Archimedes Alingas. With grateful hearts, we acknowledge the dedication of the following ministries:

As we continue our Easter journey, we are reminded that service is a response to Christ who calls us to Himself. In offering our time and gifts, we do not merely fulfill a task, but become witnesses to His living presence. May our service always lead others closer to Him who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and may our hearts remain steadfast in faith, hope, and love.

The Feast of Saint Joseph the Worker is celebrated on May 1, honoring the dignity of human labor and the quiet, faithful service of Saint Joseph as a carpenter and provider for the Holy Family.

Instituted by Pope Pius XII in 1955, this feast presents Saint Joseph as a model for all workersโ€”one who sanctified daily toil through humility, dedication, and obedience to Godโ€™s will.

In Saint Joseph, work is not merely a means of survival, but a participation in Godโ€™s creative plan. His life reminds us that even the simplest tasks, when offered with love and faith, become holy. In a world often driven by recognition and reward, Joseph teaches the virtue of silent serviceโ€”laboring not for praise, but for the glory of God and the good of others.

May his example guide all who work, that their efforts may be marked by integrity, perseverance, and trust in Divine Providence.
