In 1989, The Catholic Parishioners residing at Karangalan Village held their Sunday Masses at Karangalan Elementary School and at the National Housing Authority lot in Phase 1 of Karangalan Village . Because of the increasing number of parishioners and the nned of more space, Msgr. Balbago, together with the Mini-pastoral Council of Karangalan Village under the Our Lady of Light Parish, Cainta, Ri

zal, requested from the National Housing Authority(NHA) a much bigger venue with which to build the church. Finally in 1993, negotiations for the sale of the lot in Kaginhawahan Road (now Magsaysay Ave. Ext.), Phase II Karangalan Village , with a lot area of 2,000 sq.m. Balbago, acting as a representative of the Bishop of Antipolo. On the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in June 24,1995 the church's groundbreaking ceremonies were held and a series of fund raising campaign started for the original Php12 Million construction cost of the church building. On August 28,1997, "acting response to the pastoral needs of the People of God," Most. Protacio G. Gungon, D.D., the bishop of Antipolo then, issued the Decree of Er****on of the Quasi-Parish in Karangalan Village, Pasig City. It Shall "embrace all the Christian faithful that shall be separated from the Parish of Our Lady of light, namely: Karangalan Village, Trinidad Homes, Metroville Subdivision, Vista Verde Executive Village, CVS Homes, Kasibulan Village and Dacon Homes." on December 9,2001 the 24th year of the Episcopacy of His Excellency Bishop Protacio G. Gungon and with the assumption into office of His Excellency Bishop Crisostomo A. Yalung as the new bishop of the Diocese of Antipolo, the Parish of the Immaculate Conception was solemnly dedicated and blessed by Bishop Gungon. On the same day, the installation of its first Parish Priest Rev. Jorge Jesus A. Bellosillo was held. Former Parish Priest:

​With a heart full of joy and thanksgiving, we celebrate the blessing of the parish rectory of Immaculate Conception Parish, Karangalan, beautifully coinciding with the Solemnity of the Pentecost.

​We offer our highest praise to the Holy Triune God, and our tender devotion to the Holy Mary, the Immaculate Conception, for their constant oversight and blessings upon our parish.

​We extend our warmest appreciation to Rev. Fr. Rey Reyes, Vicar Forane, for officiating this blessing, and to the priests whose presence brought immense joy and ecclesial communion to this event. Profound thanks go to the Parish Finance Council for their unwavering support and stewardship, and to the beloved parents of our parish priest, whose presence made this sacred milestone complete.

​May the Holy Spirit continue to dwell within our parish and our lives.
