SuRIE 2026: A Celebration of Learning, Service, Faith, and Godβs Grace
With grateful hearts, we thank God for the successful completion of SuRIE 2026!
The day began with a meaningful Lay Forum facilitated by our dedicated youth volunteers, where the children learned about the importance of proper nutrition through the Pinggang Pinoy program. Food charts were distributed to help them better understand healthy eating habits and encourage good nutrition at home.
Following this, our Medical Mission was conducted under the leadership of Dr. Maria Mercedes Bernardo-Murillo and Dr. Geneve Villareal-Koong, together with Mariah Dayao, RN, student nurses, and volunteers who generously shared their time, knowledge, and compassion in serving the community.
Before the graduation ceremony, the children were blessed with an inspiring talk and Rosary session led by Bro. Bernard, who shared the history, significance, and beauty of praying the Holy Rosary. Through this, the students were reminded of the importance of faith and devotion in their daily lives.
The afternoon culminated in the SuRIE Graduation Ceremony, where we celebrated the achievements and growth of our students. Recognition awards, giveaways, and tokens of appreciation were presented to students, tutors, and volunteers who made this yearβs program truly memorable.
Our deepest gratitude goes to Rev. Fr. Arnold T. Eramiz, SuRIE Program Director, and Dr. Mercedes Bernardo-Murillo, SuRIE Program Coordinator, for their vision, leadership, and unwavering dedication to the program.
To our students, parents, youth volunteers, tutors, healthcare workers, BEC Volunteers, and parents, thank you for being part of this journey. Every lesson taught, every hour volunteered, every prayer offered, and every act of kindness contributed to the success of SuRIE 2026.
Above all, we give glory and thanks to God. Through His grace, He allowed us not only to educate minds but also to nurture healthy bodies, compassionate hearts, and deeper faith among our children. What we accomplished together is a testament to His goodness and love working through each one of us.
Thank you, SuRIE family, for another meaningful year of service and learning. Until we meet again, see you in SuRIE 2027!
