While the world celebrates many things this June, we at Pasig Catholic College choose to fix our eyes on the Heart that loved first. We’re reminded this month of the 𝗦𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀—a heart that never stops loving, even when we fall short.

In a world that often pulls us in every direction, His Heart remains steady, open, and burning with mercy. It’s not just about devotion—it’s about relationship. Jesus invites us to draw near, especially when we feel unworthy.

Let’s take a moment this month to rest in His love and remember: You are always welcome in His Heart.

POPE LEO XIV RELEASES FIRST ENCYCLICAL FOCUSED ON AI AND HUMAN DIGNITY

BREAKING: Pope Leo XIV has officially released the first encyclical of his pontificate titled Magnifica Humanitas (“Magnificent Humanity”), addressing the growing influence of artificial intelligence and the protection of the human person in today’s digital age.

The document reflects on the Church’s social teachings in the face of rapid technological advancement, emphasizing the dignity of every human person and warning against the misuse and concentration of digital power.

Across its chapters, the encyclical discusses the ethical challenges brought by AI, the impact of digital transformation on society, and the need to build a culture rooted not in domination and control, but in truth, solidarity, and authentic human love.

The encyclical was signed on May 15, marking the anniversary of Pope Leo XIII’s historic encyclical Rerum Novarum, drawing a connection between the Church’s past response to industrial change and today’s technological revolution.

🔥 𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐈𝐒 𝐒𝐓. 𝐉𝐎𝐒𝐄 𝐒Á𝐍𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐙 𝐃𝐄𝐋 𝐑Í𝐎? 🔥

He was only 14 years old when he gave his life for Christ.

A young martyr from Mexico, St. Jose chose courage over fear and faith over comfort during a time of persecution.

Even at a young age, he showed the world that holiness has no age limit.

His final cry became a witness of fearless faith:

✨ “¡Viva Cristo Rey!”
(Long Live Christ the King!)

The same battle cry that continues to inspire young people today.
