Happening this Saturday!
Level-up your fitness and be ready to improve your overall health for better functionality and resilience so you can live stronger and do more for what truly matters. Join us for a cardio and strength build up session with a walk/jog/run + HIIT, then followed by a fellowship time!

Bring a friend or come by yourself, just show up and train with us. Make sure to scan the QR code to REGISTER your name on the list so we can count you in for a bit of after-workout thing.
