Correction is a must, but kindness too!
Corrections should be rooted in love. We always throw stones (judgements) at our brethren, but God Himself didn'tโwho has the right to throw a stone; to give judgement.
If God Himself forgave, who are we to refuse to extend it to others? If our intentions are pure, the correction is seasoned with love that lightens someone's mind.
Matthew 5:13-16, we are called as salt and light, and not to condemn. We must point people to Jesus, not to lead them further away from Him.
Let's be reminded that we are all sinners and yet God loved us even we don't ask for His forgiveness. This is the challenge for us โ to reflect His grace to others.
Reflection Question:
As a Christian who have been forgiven because of the grace of God, how you will extend the love and grace to your brother like Jesus did when we are still sinners?
