There are seasons in life when we look around and see the ruins of our past—mistakes we've made, choices we regret, relationships we've damaged, or opportunities we've lost.

Sometimes we think, “I've gone too far. I've messed up too much. Maybe God can't use me anymore.”

But the story of Manasseh reminds us that God's grace can reach us even in the ruins. His story is a reminder that our worst decisions do not have to determine our final destination. Our God is a God of redeeming grace.

It's easy to follow Jesus when everyone agrees with you. It's easy to worship when life is going well. It's easy to say, "I love Jesus," when Christianity costs you nothing.

But what happens when obedience costs us our comfort? What happens when following Jesus means being misunderstood? What happens when standing for truth make us unpopular? What happens when doing what is right costs us an opportunity? What happens when people criticize our faith? Is Jesus still worth following?

The bible clearly answers this question: YES, following Jesus is worth every cost.
