The 7 Sacraments of the Catholic Church—simple rites, yet powerful encounters with God’s grace:

Done by pouring water on the head (or immersion) with the words of the Trinity.

2. Confirmation – Strength from the Holy Spirit.
Done by the bishop laying hands and anointing with sacred oil.

3. Eucharist – Not just bread and wine… but Christ Himself.
Received during Mass as consecrated host and wine.

4. Confession – Mercy you can hear.
You confess sins to a priest, who gives absolution in God’s name.

5. Anointing of the Sick – Healing in times of suffering.
Priest anoints with oil and prays for healing and strength.

6. Holy Orders – A calling to serve.
Ordination through the laying on of hands by a bishop.

7. Matrimony – Love as a lifelong mission.
A man and woman exchange vows before God and the Church.

DEVIL'S ADVOCATE

💡KAP, ALAM MO BA?

May opisyal na tungkulin noon sa Simbahang Katolika na tinatawag na “Devil’s Advocate”? Itinatag ito ni Pope Sixtus V noong 1587, at ang kanyang misyon ay kontrahin ang kandidato sa pagiging santo—hinahanapan ng pagkukulang at kinukwestyon kahit ang mga himala. Sa ganitong paraan, nasisiguro na ang kabanalan ay tunay na nasusubok at hindi basta-basta ibinibigay.

not so Jesus could come out—
but so we could see He’s no longer there.

BLACK SATURDAY: THE SILENCE OF HOPE

Today, the world seems quiet.
Jesus lies in the tomb. The disciples are in fear. Hope feels buried.

But this silence is not defeat…
It is a pause before victory.

Black Saturday reminds us that even when God seems silent, He is still working.

Even in darkness, light is preparing to break through.

“In the silence of the tomb, God was writing the greatest victory.”

Let us wait in faith.

Because tomorrow… the stone will be rolled away.
