"Boarding with Sincerity, Bound for Excellence" — SAIA General Assembly 2026 ✈️

Alhamdulillah 🤲

Our MSA ORGANIZATION was truly honored and blessed to be part of this gathering. Guided by the beautiful theme Boarding with Sincerity, Bound for Excellence, we are reminded of the essence of Surah Al-Ikhlas (Chapter 112) — the very foundation of sincerity and pure faith:

📖 Surah Al-Ikhlas

> قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ۝ ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ ۝ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ ۝ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ

> "Say, He is Allah, the One and Unique. Allah is Eternal and Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable unto Him."

This blessed chapter teaches us that true faith begins with pure sincerity — to know Allah as One, and to dedicate our intentions, our service, and our striving only for Him Alone, free from any partner or desire other than His pleasure.

With this sincerity in our hearts, we met our beloved sisters and brothers from various universities and schools — learning together, growing together, and sharing laughter and joy throughout the day. We learned that true excellence begins with pure intention, and that unity rooted in faith and sincerity is a gift we must always cherish.

This was far more than an event — it was a blessed reminder, a treasured fellowship, and a memory we shall hold close, carrying the light of sincerity in all our steps ahead.

May Allah accept our good intentions, strengthen our bonds, and guide us all in excellence.

We pray that everyone is safe and doing well, together with your families and loved ones. With the continuous rain in Metro Manila, we remind everyone to stay safe, be careful and stay updated with official weather advisories. If possible, please stay in a safe place and avoid going outside unless necessary. Let us continue to pray for the safety of everyone, especially those who may be affected by the current weather conditions.

May Allah ﷻ protect us and keep us away from any harm.

اللَّهُمَّ احْفَظْنَا بِحِفْظِكَ، وَنَجِّنَا مِنْ كُلِّ سُوءٍ، وَادْفَعْ عَنَّا الْبَلَاءَ وَالْمِحَنَ، إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ.

“O Allah, protect us with Your protection, save us from every harm, and keep calamities and trials away from us. Indeed, You are capable of all things.”

The Muslim Students Association (MSA) at City University of Pasay proudly presents its Newly Elected Officers for Academic Year 2026–2027.

As we begin this academic year, our newly elected officers are ready to serve with sincerity, dedication and Islamic values. We hope to strengthen our organization, support our fellow students, and create more opportunities for learning and service.

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu!

First and foremost, we express our sincere gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala for His unwavering guidance and divine blessings throughout this undertaking.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our esteemed sponsor, the World Assembly of Muslim Youth- Philippines Office (WAMY), whose generous support was pivotal to the success of this Iftar Drive. We also thank all other individuals and groups who made donations to our organization – your contributions are deeply valued.

Special recognition is extended to our Guest Speaker, Mohammad Jamil C. Yaqub, for his inspiring and articulate discourse on the virtues of Islam during the sacred month of Ramadan.
