We are grateful for all the families, youth, and volunteers who came together for our recently held Stake Family Activity last October 3.

From meaningful exhibits, fun games, to heartfelt conversations — we felt the Spirit as we learned how to strengthen our families and build resilience together.

As we conclude this year's , we also mark the beginning of a beautiful journey. We hope you had a meaningful week as you spend quality, screen-free time with your own family and friends.

Today, we invite you to join us in worship and fellowship with the Lord. Be edified and receive personal revelations as we hear sincere testimonies and inspired messages from the teachers in Sunday School.

The Family Discovery and Resilience Ekpo is a grand culminating activity initiated by Pasay Philippines Stake for the Building Forever Families 2025, an annual initiative and social media campaign by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in celebration of the National Family Week in the Philippines.

​As part of the ongoing celebration of the 2026, today's focus is on Family Time featuring quality, screen-free moments. Here are suggested ways on how we can put this into practice at home:

🔸 A screen-free evening dedicated to emotional resilience where families dedicate 20 minutes to a "no-judgment" listening circle. Parents ask their children about the highs and lows of their day, practicing validating their feelings without immediately trying to "fix" the problem.

🔸 Play games with your family, such as board games for older kids or hide-and-seek with younger kids.

🔸 Read books and/or write journals together.

​Let's put our devices aside, open our hearts, and build a stronger, emotionally safe environment for our children today!
