Scripture Focus: ๐Ÿ’Œ 1 Samuel 15:22-24

Introduction:
โ€œWHEN WE OBEY WE RECEIVED GODโ€™s FAVORโ€

I. As servant of God we should be pro active to listen, what God instruction.

๐Ÿ’Œ Romans 10:17 โ€œConsequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.โ€

II. To obeyโ€™s instruction we should have a clean heart

๐Ÿ’Œ Matthew 5:8 โ€œBlessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.โ€

III. If we disobey to Godโ€™s instruction our live will exprience sorrows

๐Ÿ’Œ 1 Samuel 15:28 โ€œSamuel said to him, โ€œThe Lord has torn the kingdom of Israel from you today and has given it to one of your neighborsโ€”to one better than you.โ€

IV. God will judge you according to your actions and responses

๐Ÿ’Œ 1 Samuel 15:23 โ€œ23 For rebellion is like the sin of divination, and arrogance like the evil of idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, he has rejected you as king.โ€โ€

CONCLUSION:
People asking God to bless them, of course God will bless you. After God bless you did you cherish your covenant to him? Did you return his favor and blessing to yahweh or did you abandoned your promise because satan deceived you and you allow him to deceieved you?

๐Ÿ’Œ Matthew 5:6 โ€œBlessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteouness, for they will be filled.
