It was a deeply cherished opportunity for the MAMC Church Choir to be invited to the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists in the United States. Months of preparation, fundraising concerts, and earnest prayers were poured into making this mission possible. And though challenges and uncertainties came our way, God remained faithful.
Originally, nearly 20 members were set to go. But as the date drew near, life’s responsibilities—school, work, and other personal commitments—led some to step back. From 20, we became 10. Then came the visa process—and in the end, only 5 were granted approval.
It was a moment of heartbreak and hesitation... but also a moment to trust.
Despite the odds, those five chose to go—not for themselves, but for the God who called, equipped, and sent them. And truly, God made a way. Throughout the whole journey, He provided all that was needed—strength, resources, open doors, divine appointments, and people who became instruments of His grace.
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to:
Our beloved MAMC Church Choir alumni – thank you for your unwavering support and for standing beside us once again. Many of you offered your time, voices, and hearts to make this journey possible. You reminded us that beyond seasons, we remain one family in service.
Sola Gratia and their conductor, Sir Cyril Punay – thank you for your generosity in sharing your God-given talents during our GC appointment. Your partnership in music and ministry was a powerful reminder that God’s work flourishes when we labor together in unity.
To our families and friends – thank you for being our foundation. For understanding the sacrifices, for cheering us on, and for believing in the purpose behind every step we took.
To our MAMC Church Choir family – your prayers, encouragement, and unwavering love were deeply felt. Whether near or far, your support covered us spiritually and emotionally every step of the way.
To our dear MAMC Church members – thank you for being a steady, prayerful presence behind this mission. Your faith in what God could do through us became our strength when uncertainty weighed heavy.
And above all, to our Almighty God—who opened doors we could not open, who sustained us through every challenge, and who deserves every note of praise, every tear of joy, and every testimony of faith.
To Him be all the glory, honor, and thanksgiving. Always. 🙏🏻❤️🎶
