THE FORGOTTEN KINGDOM OF THE INDIES

THE FORGOTTEN KINGDOM OF THE INDIES is a book written by Prof. Azariah Avednigo Amado Benny Demacaling Espra Baul who is a Professor of Law in the College of International Laws of the Worldwide Assembly of Yahweh Career University (WAYCU), Jerusalem, Israel.

Book No. IV are portions quoted, from the Dissertation of Prof. Baul leading to the Degree of DOCTOR OF LAWS. This portion of the Book are the Essence of the Land Grabbing Cases in the Philippines. Mr. WILSON P. ORFIÑADA and Co. the Plaintiffs had accused the Republic of the Philippines, Macario and Hermogenes Rodriguez, et al. for quieting of Title. Involved were over 100 Multi-Millionaires Engaged in Land Grabbing Scandals in he Philippines.

Before the coming of Ferdinand Magellan, the Philippines was called "HACIENDA MAHARLIKA". This was a kingdom owned by King Marikudo Luisong Tagean of Panay who married Princess Maniwan Tiwan Bowan of Antique in the 12th Century. King Marikudo ruled Hacienda Maharlika as a strong Kingdom honored and respected by other Kings of the world. King Marikudo was member of the Council of the Indies which was an Association of Heads of States in the Far East in those days. Great changes had emerged in the 15h Century when the Spanish Meztizos, the Friars began to grab the land holdings of the Maharlikans. The Grandson of King Marikudo had continued to defend their landholdings. Court battles also continued between the Spanish Conquistadores and the Grandsons of King Marikudo. Today, all Court Battles were Consolidated and is known as LRC/CIVIL CASE No. 3957-P at the motion of the Republic of the Philippines.

"The Kingdom of Hacienda Maharlika", the entire Philippine Archipelago including Sabah, North Borneo and the Kalayaan Islands had a Torrens Title No. OCT-T-01-4, British Protocol in the Name of King Marikudo Tagean. This Torrens Title was transferred to the name of his Lone Son, King Luisong Tagean in the 14th Century. Then in the 16th Century it was again transferred into the name of His Grandson Prince Lacan Acuña Tagean. When the Spanish Conquistadores occupied the "Hacienda Maharlika", they have manipulated to transfer the same Title into the name of King Philips II of Spain. It was Father Andress Urdaneta and Governor General Miguel Lopez De Legaspi who manipulated to transfer the Torrens Title into the name of King Philips II of Spain, without the knowledge of the King But upon knowing it, King Philips II Ordered the Governor General to revert the Title back to the name of King Luisong Marikudo Tagean on December 12, 1565. Court battle continued also causing Governor General Miguel Lopez de Legaspi to establish the Supreme Court of the Philippines in 1572. Court Cases were revived again and again in order to drive away the Maharlikans from their landholdings. The Clan of King Marikudo Luisong Tagean always win in all cases in Court since the 15th Century up to the present time in the 21st Century. Today, the Heirs of the Meztizos, the Spanish Conquistadores are now holding key positions to the Republic of the Philippines, therefore Land Grabbing Cases still continued until the present time. In LRC/CIVIL CASE NO. 3957-P, the Plaintiffs are the group of Wilson P. Orfiñada, and the Defendants are the Republic of the Philippines, Macario Hermogenes & Miguel Antonio Rodriquez , et Al., and over 100 Multi-Millionaires are involved. The LRC Solicitor General Felix Macasiar using Torrens Title No. T-01-4 defended the Republic of the Philippines as the true owner by way of Eminent Domaim on the ground that the Tagean- Tallano Clan have no surviving heirs to claim the Archipelago. In the long ran the Court have decided the Case in favor of the Republic of the Philippines. But, upon learning that there are surviving heirs of the Tagean-Tallano Clan in Hawaii, Felix Macasiar the Solicitor-General, sent summons to Hawaii. And another summon was sent to the Heir living at Culiat, Sauyo, Quezon City that they should appear in open Court.

The Tagean-Tallano Clan, represented by Benito A. Tallano and Gregorio Madrigal Acop appeared and presented their intervention in open Court together with their documentary evidences. This had caused the Court to Reverse her Decision in favor of the Tagean-Tallano Clan. Upon knowing that there are surviving heirs, President Diosdado Macapagal made an Appeal in Court to AMEND the Decision to Protect the Farmer-Beneficiaries of the Land Reform Program of the Government. Therefore, the Compromise Agreement was signed and was included in the Decision favor of the Heirs of King Marikudo Luisong Tagean Tallano. Thus, the Essence of LRC/CIVIL CASE No. 3957-P came into being shown in the following pages of this book.
