The Official Page of the Block Rosary Crusade (BRC) of Sta. Clara De Montefalco Parish-Pasay City

Block Rosary Council or BRC as the parishioners know is one of the most known and also one of the oldest mandated organizations in Santa Clara De Montefalco Parish-Pasay City. Established on August 5, 1981, the group is an active member of the Liturgical Music Ministry and serves in the parish as a choir.

𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬

"Come, Holy Spirit!"

We celebrate one of the most important feast days of the year that concludes the Easter season and celebrates the beginning of the Church. Pentecost always occurs 50 days after the resurrection of Jesus and 10 days after his ascension into heaven. Pentecost is the celebration of the person of the Holy Spirit coming upon the Apostles, Mary, and the first followers of Jesus, who were gathered together in the Upper Room or the Descent of the Holy Spirit, one of the Glorious Mysteries in the Holy Rosary.

The "Birthday of the Church." Today is also the Birth of the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. May we be people who is the key to spreading the word of God and live with it.

𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your faithful and kindle in them the fire of Your love.

Send forth Your Spirit, and they shall be created. And You shall renew the face of the earth.

O God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever rejoice in His consolation. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Today, we celebrate the 109th anniversary of the first apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary to the three shepherds in Fatima, Portugal. Our Lady of Fatima told the shepherd children to pray the rosary daily for the end of the war (World War I). Mary continued to appear once a month for 6 months to the three children, Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco. In October of 1930, the Bishop of Leiria-Fátima approved the visions as “worthy of belief.” Viva La Virgen!

Our Lady of Fatima, thank you for appearing to the children at Fatima and delivering messages that are still relevant to us today. We pray again and again for peace in the world and for an end to war. May we continue to pray and sacrifice as you requested.

Lord Jesus, the miracles, prophecies and prayers that Your Mother brought to us at Fatima amazed the whole world. We are certain of her closeness to You. We ask through the intercession of Our Lady of Fatima that you graciously hear and answer our prayers.
