In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.

The CGECS - CGDBARMM under the leadership of IMAM LCDR AKMAD B WAHAB PCG warmly invites all Muslim brothers and sisters, uniformed personnel, families, and friends to join us in the blessed celebration of Eid’l Adha 2026 — a sacred occasion of faith, sacrifice, obedience, and unity in remembrance of the devotion of Prophet Ibrahim (AS).

DAILY REMINDERS! 🌙

“Bismillah” is not just words we say—it’s a way of living.

When you say Bismillah, you remind yourself that everything you do is for Allah.
Before you eat, work, speak, travel, or decide—pause and begin with His Name.

It means:
• You choose what is halal because you started with Allah
• You act with sincerity, not for الناس but for Him
• You become careful with your words, because Allah hears you
• You stay patient in hardship, trusting His plan
• You remain grateful in ease, knowing everything comes from Him

🌙 Eid’l-Fitr Mubarak 🌙

As the blessed month of Ramadan comes to an end, our hearts are filled with both joy and longing—joy for reaching Eid, and longing for the days and nights we spent in عبادات, seeking the mercy of Allah.

From CGECS-BARMM, under the leadership of IMAM LCDR AKMAD B. WAHAB PCG, OIC, we extend our heartfelt greetings to all our Muslim brothers and sisters.

The Eid prayer was led by SN2 Rusdam J. Jainuddin PCG, and the Khutbah was delivered by SN2 Yasir Y. Daimon PCG—a reminder that while Ramadan has left us, the journey of faith must continue.

Today, we smile… but deep inside, we ask ourselves:
Will we witness another Ramadan?
Were our prayers accepted?
Have we truly changed for the sake of Allah?

تَقَبَّلَ اللَّهُ مِنَّا وَمِنكُمْ
Taqabbalallahu minna wa minkum

May Allah accept every tear we shed, every dua we whispered, and every sacrifice we made—especially for those who spent Ramadan and Eid away from their families, answering the call of duty for the Ummah.

Let this Eid not be the end of our عبادات, but the beginning of a life of istiqamah.

Ang tunay na laban ay hindi natatapos sa pag-alis ng Ramadan—kundi nagsisimula pa lamang ito.
Ang disiplina, takwa, at pagsunod na ating pinatibay sa buwan na ito ay kailangang ipagpatuloy sa bawat araw ng ating buhay.

Tulad ng paalala sa Qur’an:
﴿وَاعْبُدْ رَبَّكَ حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَكَ الْيَقِينُ﴾
“At sambahin mo ang iyong Panginoon hanggang dumating sa iyo ang katiyakan (kamatayan).” (Al-Hijr 15:99)

Ang ‘ibaadah ay hindi lamang para sa isang buwan—ito ay panghabambuhay na misyon.
Kaya pagkatapos ng Ramadan, huwag bumalik sa dati.
Manatiling matatag, magpatuloy sa pagsamba, at ipakita na tunay ang pagbabago.

Last Friday of Ramadan 2026

Alhamdulillāh, the final Jumu‘ah of the blessed month of Ramadan 2026 was solemnly observed at the HCGDBARMM Mosque and Guidance Center, Polloc, Parang, Maguindanao del Norte.

The Khutbah was delivered by SN2 Rusdam J. Jainuddin PCG, under the supervision and guidance of LCDR AKMAD B. Wahab PCG, OIC, CGECS–BARMM.

In this final Jumu‘ah of Ramadan, the khatīb reminded the congregation that although Ramadan is nearing its end, the journey of obedience and devotion to Allah ﷻ must continue. True success is not only in finishing Ramadan strong, but in remaining steadfast (istiqāmah) even after it ends.

One of the greatest opportunities after Ramadan is the fasting of six days in the month of Shawwāl. This is a beautiful continuation of the discipline, sincerity, and taqwā developed during Ramadan.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ أَتْبَعَهُ سِتًّا مِنْ شَوَّالٍ كَانَ كَصِيَامِ الدَّهْرِ

“Whoever fasts Ramadan and then follows it with six days of Shawwāl, it is as if he fasted for a lifetime.”
— (Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim)

This hadith highlights a tremendous reward: fasting the month of Ramadan (equivalent to 10 months in reward) plus six days of Shawwāl (equivalent to 2 months) completes the reward of fasting an entire year.

Among the key benefits of fasting six days of Shawwāl are:

• It perfects and completes any shortcomings in our Ramadan fasting.
• It is a sign that our Ramadan was accepted, as good deeds are followed by more good deeds.
• It strengthens consistency in worship and builds istiqāmah after Ramadan.
• It brings immense reward equal to fasting the whole year.
• It keeps the heart connected to Allah ﷻ beyond the blessed month.

The khatīb emphasized that Ramadan is not the end, but a training ground for the rest of the year. The true believer is not the one who worships Allah only in Ramadan, but the one who remains obedient in all times.

As the blessed month departs, the gathering reflected unity, discipline, and renewed īmān among CGDBARMM personnel—balancing their duty to the nation with their unwavering devotion to Allah ﷻ.

May Allah accept our fasting, our prayers, and all our acts of worship in Ramadan. May He grant us the ability to continue in righteousness, to fast the six days of Shawwāl, and to remain steadfast upon the straight path until we meet Him.
