WE NEED JESUS IN OUR WORKPLACE & IN OUR SCHOOLS ✝️✨

Whether you’re sitting at a classroom desk or working in an office, God has placed you where you are for a purpose! Last Sunday, we were reminded that our daily work—as students and young professionals—is an opportunity to honor God.

Here are four key takeaways to carry into your week:

1️⃣ DON’T SETTLE FOR LESS — GIVE YOUR BEST
Whatever task is in front of you, do it with all your heart as working for the Lord and not for human masters (Colossians 3:23–24, Ecclesiastes 9:10). Give your best because He is worthy, and do it all for His glory!

2️⃣ DON’T CONFORM — STAND FOR TRUTH
Just because something is considered "normal" in society doesn't mean it aligns with God's word (Romans 12:2). Like Daniel, resolve in your heart not to defile yourself and say no to wrong practices (Daniel 1:8).

3️⃣ DO WHAT IS RIGHT — EVEN WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING
Integrity matters to God. "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much" (Luke 16:10). Honor God in secret and stay faithful in the little details.

4️⃣ LET YOUR LIFE BE A TESTIMONY
Be the light in your classroom, campus, and company! Live in such a way that people see your good deeds and glorify our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16, 1 Peter 2:12).

🙌 Let’s step into our week with Jesus at the center of everything we do!

WE NEED JESUS IN OUR WORKPLACE 💼✨

Whether you are in a corporate office, running a business, managing a household, or serving behind the scenes—wherever you labor, that is your workplace.

When we bring Jesus into our daily work, our perspective completely changes. As Colossians 3:23–24 reminds us, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”

Here are four key takeaways from last Sunday’s sermon on how to honor God in everything we do:

1️⃣ Give Your Best

What you do truly matters to God! Approach every task with excellence and purpose (Ecclesiastes 9:10).

2️⃣ Do Not Conform

Stand firm in your faith and do not conform to the patterns or shortcuts of the world (Romans 12:2, Daniel 1:8). Let every decision align with God's Word rather than worldly pressure.

3️⃣ Work with Honesty & Integrity

Choose what is right—even when no one is watching—because God sees everything (Luke 16:10, Proverbs 10:9). Honesty in the small things reflects a faithful heart.

4️⃣ Be a Living Testimony

You aren't just an employee, employer, or worker—you are a follower of Christ. Let your actions, character, and work ethic speak louder than words (Matthew 5:16).

🙌 Reflection for the Week: No matter where God has placed you today, do your work for the audience of One!

Bringing Jesus into Our Community 🤍✨

It’s easy to talk about Jesus, but does our community actually see Him through the way we live? Jesus never fades away, but too often, people fail to see Him in us. Worship isn't about who we are—it's about who God is. And when our own strength and love run out, that’s exactly when Christ-like love needs to take over.

Ask yourself today: "Naipapakita ko ba si Jesus sa akin?"

Here are 3 ways we can reflect Jesus to those around us:

Love Your Neighbors (Luke 10:27)
Your neighbor is anyone God has placed within your reach. Showing love doesn't have to be complicated—start with a warm smile, take time to notice people, engage in small talks, and choose to care regardless of how they treat you.

Live What You Believe (Matthew 5:14-16)
Don't just be a "Sunday Christian." Let your faith shine from Monday through Saturday. Sharing Jesus with our words means little if our lives don't reflect His truth and grace (Hebrews 12:6).

Be a Blessing (1 Peter 3:9)
When you have the time and opportunity, step up and help (Luke 3:10-11). Love the people who are hard to love, because loving only those who love us back isn't what sets us apart (Luke 6:32-33).

Let's step out this week and make Jesus visible to everyone around us! 🙏✨
