ANG PAG-ALALA sa nakaraan ay may mabuti at masamang epekto. Masama, kung ang aalalahanin ay masasakit at hindi magandang mga pangyayari. Pero malaki rin ang maitutulong ng pag-alala sa mabubuting bagay. Pwede itong magbigay aral, gabay, at wastong pananaw sa buhay.

Lalo na kung ang aalalahanin ay kabutihan at katapatan ng Diyos.

Sa gitna ng madlim na kapaligiran at kinabukasan ng Israel, sa pananaw ni propetang Habakkuk, ay inaalala niya ang mga ginawang kabutihan ng Diyos sa kanyang bayan. Ito ang nagpatibay ng kanyang pananalig at pagtitiwala sa Diyos. Tingnan natin kung paano niya ito ginawa, at kung paano ito makakatulong sa atin sa ating mensaheng, ‘The Power of Remembering’ mula sa Habakkuk 3:3-15. (Ptr. Manny Frias)

ROSARIO Evangelista Soriano – one of the pillars of faith, love, and service in Word International Ministries.

Through every role she fulfilled as Ladies Fellowship Head, Prayer Ministry Head, Church Secretary, God's Gold Fellowship founder and eventually as Admin Ministry Head, she exemplified the true heart of a servant of God. Many witnessed how she devoted her time, strength, and love in helping others.

"Mommy Chat" as she was fondly called, was always willing to listen, comfort, and most especially, pray for anyone in need. To many people, she was more than a friend or church leader — she was a true prayer partner, a spiritual mother, and an inspiration of kindness and compassion.

Her humility, generosity, and loving heart touched countless lives. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a caring mother-in-law who became a beautiful example of unconditional love and dedication to family.

Her contributions to the ministry and the lives she touched can never be forgotten. Her prayers, wisdom, and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.

Thank you, Mommy Chat, for your faithful service and unwavering love. Your life was a testimony of God’s grace and goodness. You will always be remembered and deeply missed.

MOTHERS are some of the most special people in the world, for many reasons. Giving birth to us, they raise up the future generation. They are beautiful, strong, loving and genuinely amazing!

Crosswalks tells us, “Mothers are characterized by many different ways like beauty, wealth, and accomplishments, but the most important quality is a mother who loves the Lord. This doesn’t mean perfection; it means she honors the Lord as best as she can in all she does.”

And in addition to special gifts for them this Mother’s Day, invite them also to our Worship Services (8AM, 1030AM or 430PM) especially organized by the Youth Fellowship for our Nanay, Mommy and Mama, and honor and show them we appreciate and care for them, in return; and that God loves them so much more dearly.

Time spent with them - even for a while, may mean a lot to them. See you all and your Mothers this Sunday!

IBA’T IBANG BAGAY ang dumarating sa buhay. Minsan mabuti, at sana nga puro ganito na lang lagi. Pero minsan din ay may dumarating na hindi mabuti. Paano natin hinaharap ang mga hindi maBUbuting pangyayari sa buhay? Alam kong may kanya-kanya tayong opinyon at pamamaraan.

Si Habakkuk man, na propeta ng Diyos, ay naharap din sa hindi magandang pangyayari, hindi lang pansarili kundi sa buong bayan ng Judah. Nakadama rin siya ng panghihina ng loob, at idinulog niya ito sa Diyos sa anyo ng pagkataranta at reklamo. Ganunpaman, sa huli ay nakabuo siya ng isang napakagandang panalangin sa Chapter 3. Alamin natin ang panalangin niya ngayong Linggo sa ating mensaheng, ‘In Times of Great Need’. (Pastor Manny Frias)
