Thank you Father For your dedicated service, love, and devotion throughout this years. Your presence in Sandor Brothers Formation House has been a source of inspiration, guidance, and joy. Your simplicity, humility, and generosity have made a lasting impact in Our community, and we are so grateful for your selfless service. You have been a mentor, a spiritual guide and a true shepherd, guiding us on our own journeys of faith.

Your musical talents and your smile brightens our days. Your spiritual guidance has helped us navigate life's challenges, and your wisdom especially in our various classes with you, your Homilies and good night talks has been a beacon of hope. You have been a true embodiment of Saint John Bosco, inspiring us to be Good Shepherds.

Today, the Sandor community brothers visited the Don Bosco Printing Press in Makati. The visit was part of their Organizational and Management course, designed to give them firsthand experience of how organizations operate. During the tour, the brothers were able to observe the key managerial functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling in action.

This exposure was especially valuable, as it allowed them to see how these four essential elements are applied in a real workplace setting. The experience not only enhanced their understanding of organizational processes but also provided practical insights that will support their formation and future responsibilities. Thanking, rethinking and relaunching : theme for the 150th anniversary of the First Salesian Missionary Expedition

This year we remember the remote in 1875, when the first missionary expedition left from Turin!

Give thanks: We thank God for the gift of the missionary vocation that allows, today, the Salesians of Dom Bosco to reach poor and abandoned young people from 137 countries.

Rethink: This is an occasion to rethink and develop a renewed vision of the Salesian missions in the light of new challenges and new perspectives that have led to new reflections.

Relaunch: Not only do we have a glorious history to remember and be thankful for, we also have a history that is still being unfolded! We look to the future with missionary zeal and renewed enthusiasm, convinced that we will still be able to reach an even larger number of poor and abandoned young.

Today, as we celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Salesian missionary expedition, we give thanks for the treasure of audacity and faith that has driven generations of missionaries.

Celebrating 150 missionary expeditions is an act of gratitude, looking back at a history of courage and dreams that have become reality. We pray for all Salesian missionaries, that they may continue to be inspired by the spirit of Don Bosco and empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Particularly, we pray for the members of our Sandor community who serve in the mission Br. Pham Hoàng Nguyên-CIN, Br. Tran Lòc Anthony-CIN, and Br. Sangam Arliush-AFE-SUD Delegation, and for all Salesian missionaries working in our various provinces, that you, O Lord, will grant them the strength, wisdom, and perseverance to continue serving the young and the poor.

We also pray for all who have the desire to go for the mission, that you will grant them the courage to take the first step, the faith to trust in your providence, and the perseverance to see their mission through to the end.

May we, as a community, continue to be inspired by the example of the Salesian missionaries and may we support their work through prayer, generosity, and solidarity. Amen
