The postulants fed their bodily hunger through serving them lunch. More so, the postulants also fed their spiritual hunger through basic cathechesis.

"Health and Wellness"

This module tackles the importance of physical well-being. Healthy life style is closely related to wellness. Wellness is achieving a fine balance of the mind, body, spirit that would result in a person's overall feeling of well-being. The Postulants also learned that some sickness comes from a distorted emotion.

"Communication and Media Critic"

The discussion-workshop offers the postulants the necessary tools to analyse, interpret and evaluate the films, TV program, the watches, the news he receives and the advertises he prioritize. It is designed to make postulants "critical" in the use of modern media and discern the good as well as the risk of utilizing the modern way of communication.

"Emphatic Listening"

This workshop trains the postulants on how to be emphatic in listening whereby they will learn how to be attentive, not only to the voice but most specially to the feelings and inner struggle of the other person. This a must and a practical lesson on compassion. This is very important in the Rogationist way of life because this should be their attitude.
