‎SectorCon isn’t just an event, it’s a journey we’ve all prepared for with heart and soul. Kuya James opened up about certain moments in his life where in God responded to him at the very last moment: when he offered everything up to God. Kuya James also opened up about the elephant in the room, sharing moments from past SectorCons, especially the halt of Anchored day 1 and Emenate. In every story shared, the same truth shines through: the people he stood with then are still the ones by his side now.

‎He realized that his anchor—the steady love and support—was with him all along. In our own journeys, there’s always someone anchoring us, reminding us of our purpose. He encouraged us to find these people, exchange letters, celebrate the bonds we’ve built, thank them, and most of all, worship together. 🫂

‎In the end, he highlighted that all of this happens because 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙄𝙨 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩 and 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙄𝙨 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙊𝙛 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜. As Kuya James touched the cross, he invited us to do the same, creating a chain of love that points us back to the cross. Our hands declared the greatness of God within us.

‎As the final song played, we all rejoiced—singing praises, glorifying God, and remembering why we’re here, and somehow seeing heaven on earth.

‎𝙄𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙖 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙩.

‎And that's all that we can remember, 'di kasi kami makagawa ng caption nun e naiyak kami– Jose & Anica

Kuya Ains Vidad shared that love and self-gift is a form of sacrifice. From giving up time to saying little yeses, to committing to services — it is a sacrifice. It is not about perfection, it is showing up even if you are uncertain of yourself. Love is sacrifice even if it hurts, but it is always rewarded. Kuya Ains shared that when you give yourself, God surrounds you with people who give back.

Ate Cien Mengullo shared how even when overwhelmed with fear and isolation, we should always remember that we are not alone. We should not look at our brokenness with shame, but with love. She shared that we do not need to endure everything alone, instead we should let others hold us and find that we never really drift. 💕

Love is self-gift. It is not found in only great sacrifices but also in noticing the little things. We are all called to love for love is real, and love is God. Even before we were born, we were already chosen, we were already called to love, and we were already loved. Answering this call means journeying it with others, especially with our families who reflect the very image of the Holy Trinity.💕

‎- 𝖠𝗍𝖾 𝖦𝗋𝖺𝖼𝖾 (Session 2, Sharer 3)

‎Ate Grace shared how she stepped up to support her family through tough times, even when she felt unappreciated. Though challenges remain, she knows this is just the start and with time and understanding, things will get better. Sin may cause blame, but hope leads to love and healing. When her strong and healthy dad fell ill (Breaking point), support from others became a source of strength (Building point). Faith means trusting God through pain, believing that brighter days are ahead.

‎People change because of circumstances. Ate Clah had to grow up early to support her family. With help from friends, relatives, and God, they were able to get back on their feet. She reminded us that God provides what we need and we are never alone.

‎𝙎𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝟐: 𝙏𝙤𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. In this session, the role of sin in our lives and the hope that awaits us are emphasized.

‎"𝖲𝗂𝗇𝗌 𝗆𝖺𝗄𝖾 𝗎𝗌 𝗁𝗎𝗋𝗍 𝗍𝗁𝗈𝗌𝖾 𝗐𝗁𝗈𝗆 𝗐𝖾 𝖺𝗋𝖾 𝗆𝖾𝖺𝗇𝗍 𝗍𝗈 𝗅𝗈𝗏𝖾."

‎𝖲𝗂𝗇 is a choice. It can really affect people and change a person's perspective. It is a powerful act that can destroy families, break trust, and result in hatred.

‎"𝖧𝗈𝗉𝖾 𝗁𝖾𝗅𝗉𝗌 𝗎𝗌 𝖿𝗈𝗋𝗀𝗂𝗏𝖾."

‎But there is a much greater power than sin: 𝖿𝗈𝗋𝗀𝗂𝗏𝖾𝗇𝖾𝗌𝗌. It paves the way for hope, and when there is hope, we are given a chance to start again and a chance for resolution. ⚓

‎- 𝖬𝖺𝗋𝖼𝗎𝗌 𝖦𝖺𝗅𝖺𝗇𝗀

‎We tend to face things alone because we think it is beneficial to us, but by doing so, we disregard the need for God's guidance in our lives, and everything becomes meaningless.

‎"𝖦𝗈𝖽 𝗋𝖾𝗆𝗂𝗇𝖽𝖾𝖽 𝗎𝗌 𝗍𝗁𝖺𝗍 𝖧𝖾 𝗂𝗌 𝗇𝗈𝗍 𝖺𝗌𝗄𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖿𝗈𝗋 𝗉𝖾𝗋𝖿𝖾𝖼𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇; 𝖧𝖾 𝗃𝗎𝗌𝗍 𝗐𝖺𝗇𝗍𝗌 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝖻𝖾𝗌𝗍 𝖿𝗋𝗈𝗆 𝗎𝗌." 💕

‎When we put God at the center of everything we do, life becomes more meaningful, and we are reminded on our journey that we are never alone—that we always have someone to rely on.
