🎊Happy Foundation Anniversary🎊
Let us celebrate today the 86th Anniversary of the Foundation of the Apostles of the Holy Rosary (AHR) 🥳🎉
"The Congregation of the Apostle Sisters of the Holy Rosary was born in Torre Annunziata on May 22, 1940, by Mother Remigia Guercia.
The founding charism is Marian-missionary, inspired by the Virgin of the Holy Rosary.
The sisters are formed mainly for the care of minors, to whom the foundress has always given her support. In fact, after the war, the houses of the Apostles of the Holy Rosary were full of orphaned and abandoned children. Later then, thinking of also giving training to the little ones, it was decided to establish schools of all types and levels.
Currently the Apostles no longer manage schools, but still operate in the sector of minors through family homes.
The community of Alberi, commissioned by Archbishop Mons. Cece, was born as a response to the welcoming charism that has always distinguished the Congregation. The nuns, in fact, collaborate in the thoughtful welcome of the guests and in the animation of the House."
