🎶 This Sunday's Song Line-Up | August - Week 5 🎶

As we gather to worship our great God, let us come with hearts fixed on Christ alone. May these songs remind us of the gospel, strengthen our faith, and lead us to worship Him in spirit and in truth.

🎵 This week's songs:
• Rejoice - Keith and Krystin Getty
• All I have is Christ - Sovereign Grace Music
• All to honour Jesus - CityAlight

"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts."
Colossians 3:16 (NIV)

May we come prepared, not only knowing the songs, but meditating on the truths they proclaim.

The Building of an Ark — A Story of God’s Redemption
📖 Genesis 6:11–22

Last Sunday’s sermon reminded us of a sobering truth: humanity is deeply affected by sin, helpless in itself, yet God remains faithful in His promise to redeem.

🔹 Man’s Wickedness — Sin had filled the earth, revealing the depth of mankind’s rebellion against God.
🔹 Man’s Inability — We cannot save ourselves or escape the judgment we deserve.
🔹 God’s Faithfulness — In the midst of judgment, God provided a way of salvation through the ark, demonstrating His grace and faithfulness.

Noah’s ark points us to a greater Redeemer—Jesus Christ, the only sure refuge from God’s judgment and the source of our salvation.

We are not saved because of our goodness, but because of God’s grace and faithfulness.

Soli Deo Gloria! 🙏🏻

True Faith, True Repentance

True faith is not merely believing with our lips, it is a faith that produces a changed life. As our pastor reminded us, true faith should have true repentance.

May the Gospel not only be heard, but transform our hearts and turn us away from sin and toward Christ.

“Produce fruit in keeping with repentance.” Matthew 3:8
