With grateful hearts, we welcome the Image of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal from the National Shrine Parish of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, Posadas, Sucat, Muntinlupa City, to our parish.

May this visit draw us closer to Mary, our Mother, and remind us of her loving invitation: “Come, pray with confidence, and receive the graces God wishes to give you.”

As we gather in prayer before her miraculous image, may Mary lead us ever closer to her Son, Jesus, and teach us to trust in God’s grace, especially in moments of uncertainty and need.

“Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace.”

Today, we celebrate St. Francis of Assisi, the humble saint who chose to follow Christ through simplicity, poverty, love, and care for all of God’s creation. As we commemorate the 800th anniversary of his death, may his life remind us that true holiness begins with a heart that is willing to love God deeply, serve others generously, and live in harmony with creation.

May we, like Francis, learn to see God in the beauty of creation, in the poor and the forgotten, and in the simple joys of everyday life.

The “Angel of God” prayer is a simple yet beautiful reminder that we are never alone. Through our Guardian Angels, God lovingly watches over us, guiding our steps, protecting us from harm, and leading us closer to Him.

May we make this prayer part of our daily lives, asking our Guardian Angels to guide us as we begin each day, and thanking them for their protection as we end it. May their presence remind us to walk each day with faith, trust, and a heart open to God’s guidance.

OCTOBER | MONTH OF THE HOLY ROSARY

The Rosary is more than a repetition of prayers, it is a journey through the life of Jesus, contemplated with Mary.

As Pope Leo XIV reminds us, let us pray the Rosary throughout this month, especially for peace in our world, and accompany our prayers with acts of mercy and love. Pope Francis also described the Rosary as a “school of prayer” and a “school of faith,” while encouraging people to contemplate the mysteries of Christ with Mary.

You don't need a perfect prayer life to begin.
Just take the beads. Begin with one decade. Pray with your family. Pray on your way home. Pray when your heart is heavy.

This October, let us make the Rosary a daily habit and allow Mary to lead us closer to Jesus.

Today, we celebrate the life and faith of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face, the “Little Flower” who taught us that holiness can be found in the simplest acts of love.

May we learn from her Little Way—to love God with a humble and trusting heart, offering even the smallest things with great love. May her gentle example inspire us to bloom wherever God has planted us and to trust in His mercy each day.

🎄✨ WISH UPON A STAR ✨🎄
An Advent Season Project of Mary Immaculate Parish and the Knights of Columbus Council 13298

Dear friends and co-parishioners,

Mary Immaculate Parish, together with the Knights of Columbus Council 13298, is launching a special Advent project called “Wish Upon a Star.”

The objective is simple yet meaningful: to unite the entire MIP community by rallying behind one relevant and concrete project as we usher in the Advent season.

🌟 WE ARE BUILDING A CHRISTMAS TREE THAT WILL LIGHT UP OUR PARISH! 🌟

But this will be no ordinary Christmas tree.

The tree will be built entirely from parols. Each parol will become a building block of our Christmas tree, and each one will carry the Christmas wish of a parishioner or family.

For every donation, you will receive a parol where you can write or place your personal Christmas wish. You will then have the opportunity to hang your parol on our Christmas tree.

🎄 Our goal: 700 parols — 700 parishioners and families — 700 wishes — one beautiful Christmas tree!

As more and more parols are added, the tree will slowly come alive with the hopes, prayers, generosity, and Christmas wishes of our entire parish community.

Imagine the moment when all 700 parols come together and our Christmas tree is finally complete! ✨

This is more than just decorating a Christmas tree.

It is about coming together as one parish community.
It is about sharing our blessings.
It is about sharing our hopes and wishes.
It is about becoming part of something beautiful.
